Not quite so simple; when the subscription is sent to your account, (you) down load it & install it - i.e. (you) select *which* device* is allocated to *which* subscription, but -> IF (you) were to 'change' any of the Windows devices; the devices reflected in (your) my Kaspersky account would still show the *original* names, i.e. the device-name when the Kaspersky software was installed. The MyKaspersky account doesn't update-automatically. In our opinion, it'd be better to request a *refund*, explain (you've) purchased the wrong *device-number* subscription, you wish to cancel, refund & repurchase the correct-number subscription - that way (you're) only managing one subscription, with all of the devices linked to it - it still can mean at some stage - IF (your) devices are renamed - (you'll) also have to manage that in (your) MyKaspersky - but that's no show-stopper & won't stop the devices working. It's easier to manage multiple-devices on *one* subscription, than multiple-devices on multiple-subscriptions (ioo).   5. What I was notified by email was only that Kaspersky had been working on changes to certain things around the time I had to install this update; That it would cause some disruption for a while. None of your above-mentioned explanations and information were given in the email. No mention of disappearance of double VPN. I ve now found the information I needed on this web page from you, which is detailed to some extent. I think these explanations should have been provided for the users of this VPN in the first place in order to avoid unnecessary confusions we have had here. I believe there are still more costumers like us out there all over the world, wondering what is going on with the VPN. By the way, I am still waiting when this VPN will start running as its expected way. "Connection time out" keeps happening off and on as of now, when I send emails. Thank you. --- The number of available VPN servers will change from ~105 to ~85, most common servers will remain. The router feature, protocol selection and dual VPN options will disappear. We’re continuing to expand coverage and add new features in upcoming updates. --- P.S. Driver "VPN WG Nt Adapter" keeps changing and I cannot make the settings of this driver in a certain way.     The device was added to the old place [@igor-kurzin-127 removed the old device, and I added my license to the Kaspersky standard]. I can find "confirm" on there. I can't add an email to "Data leak checker". How to fix all?

  12. bei mir funktioniert kein vpn obwohl ich premium hab und support und fernzugriff hat das problem immer noch nicht gelöst! angeblich irgentein bug aber mein geld wollen die doch auch! abgesicheter modus ging auch ein paar tage nicht! hab premium glaub ich schon 10 mal neu installiert vpn noch öfter und das geht ja alles von meiner lebenszeit ab! hab heute von neun uhr früh bis 17 uhr alles mögliche versucht support ist ja auch nicht gerade sehr hilfreich und der premium support weiss auch nicht weider es kümmert sich ein spezialist aber seid 2 tagen nichts vom spezialisten! mein altes abo hab ich gekündigt weil da ging ja auch nichts mehr hab jetzt ein neues und das selbe geht schon über eine woche und niemand macht irgendetwas ausser fernzugriff und nichts! frag mich echt was da los ist? benutzte schon kaspersky seid 2007 mit verschiedenen abos und premium hat eine zeit gut funktioniert aber seid ein paar wochen spinnt das total! soll mir den vpn neu runterladen usw! das geht doch nicht! habt ihr auch solche probleme?

    Estimados del foro, quisiera saber si alguien ha sufrido ataque por rasomware MedusaLocker y como recuperar los archivos encriptados. mi servidor contaba con Kaspersky Small Office security para file Server pero aun asi paso el Rasonware e infecto mis archivos. gracias por su ayuda
  20. they dont give a damn about us the users seemingly because they basically gutted the whole vpn and there is no using it any longer for 30% of people they removed the function to add custom dns they removed the function to chose the protocol they removed several servers i only used 2 servers both are removed they answered to my criticism with absolute ignorance and arrogance claiming that they are doing well and everything is now better iam the user the customer and i decide what is better but they dont understand this simple fact i use cloudflare warp for now because its free and it works well and iam not sure if i will ever again buy kaspersky if this is going to stay this way

VPN was not working so i decided to go for the new version, by removing the old one first i've spent the past 2 days trying to install the app, but installation is stuck at the end with the below msg ( in the picture) 'please make sure you're connected to the internet to complete" i used Kaspersky remover before reinstalling, disabled firewall, antivirus, defender, tried my phone as hotspot, .... nothing works, it's stuck ( left it a few hours a few times !) Can i get the old version back????? or how do i fix this ? HELP !!!

  25. Hi, Since yesterday, Kaspersky seem to be blocking my discord app from working. I had had the issue 1-2 times before but was able to get rid of it by reinstalling kaspersky, however it does not seem to fix the issue. The app is stuck at the "starting" screen after checking for updates. I added the whole discord folder & the app to the Kaspersky exclusions, without any change.     A me sembra molto strano... Le nuove versioni cercano sempre di migliorare il prodotto e secondo quello che dici sembra che lo peggiori. La materia è molto delicata e dovresti portare delle prove.
  27. Corel benutzt verschiedene Serveradressen. Ist es denn wirklich der Update Helper allein? Es sollte so nicht sein. Es wird so sein wie unter WIn, dass verschiedene Programmteile sich gegenseitig sichern und Änderungen umgehen. Sperre noch zusätzlich alle Programmteile inklusive des Hauptprogramms. Sollte es da Funktionieren wie gewünscht, kannst du dich ja dann rantasten und einzelne Teilprogramme wieder auf Standard setzen, bis die unerwünschte Verhaltensweise wieder auftritt. Einfach ausprobieren. Tipp von mir: jede Änderung dokumentieren, so das jeder Schritt für dich nachvollziehbar ist.
