  4. Same here with few computers. OUTLOOK 2019 WINDOWS 11 KASPERSKY ENDPOINT SECURITY for WINDOWS 12.8.xxx and after update 12.9.xxx. I thought the update 12.9 would fix this problem but unfortunately not the case. This problem doesn't exist ~3-4 months ago. Thanks.

  6. Добрый день! В сети на сервер с ОС Windows развернут KSC 14.2.0.26967, так же в сети присутствуют рабочие станции с ОС Windows 10 и ОС Astra Linux 1.7. KSC сервер без проблем обнаруживает все рабочие станции с ОС Windows 10 без предварительной установки на них Агента администрирования Касперского, но рабочие станции с ОС Astra Linux 1.7 сервер KSC не отображает, да же если указать в поиске конкретный IP адрес, для отображения в KSC требуется в ручную ставить на них Агент администрирования Касперского. Подскажите как решить проблему с отображением в KSC рабочих станций с ОС Astra Linux 1.7 без предварительной установки на них Агент администрирования Касперского?

About Untrusted or High Restricted, the difference is clear, the most restricted option is Untrusted, it blocks all privileges of an application, in High Restricted, the still app could do some a few operations. You can check both groups rights, just going to Intrusion Prevention -> Manage Application, select every main group (High restricted, for example) -> mouse right click, there You can check or modify rights of the main trusting groups.

  11. Привет друзья! Не так давно столкнулся с проблемой (раньше такого не было, кстати говоря), что после переименовывания ПК в домене имя в консоли администрирования не меняется. При этом, если открыть свойства этого ПК, то netbios-имя уже новое, но в списке управляемых устройств всё так же старое. KSC версии 13.2. (да, стара как мир, но когда-нибудь я обязательно апгрейднусь :D) Ни в настройках домена, ни в сам KSC не вносились никакие изменения при этом. Есть какие-то идеи, что могло случится?

  13. No, if any of those conditions are matched, the app will be moved to Untrusted and blocked its execution, with those settings. Reputation is not only the number of users using the app in KSN, there are other criteria.

  16. Hi all, I’m currently managing Kaspersky Security Center in a BPO environment and encountering an issue with mobile device enrollment. Here’s the situation: I send the invitation link directly from a licensed mobile policy. However, some users skip the group selection step during enrollment on their devices. Despite the invitation being linked to a licensed policy, devices that skip group selection end up in trial mode instead of getting the licensed policy applied. In my test environment (trial license), if a user skips the group, the device still gets assigned to a default “Mobile Devices” group and receives a trial license. This causes conflicts like banking apps being blocked until a custom policy is applied. My questions are: Is skipping group selection always going to cause devices to miss the licensed policy in a production environment?

So does this means even with the most aggressive settings Kaspersky will allow the execution of any app if digital signature is valid and KSN has more than let's say 10k users already. 7zip/ vlc player / steam etc be allowed while apps with less than 1000 users or digital signature issues most likely blocked.🤔
  18. I did untick that as well according to a few articles saying this option will help protect against digital signature abuse. So far no problems. Um harlan, do I need to set "applications started before kaspersky premium/total" option into high restricted as you shown in the screenshot or is it okay to leave it as untrusted? What's the difference if I may ask? Thanks.

I still need to carefully think before anything in upgrading to Wind.11 24h2 since lately this year have been a bad time to to make the changes since there have been seriously problematic update that are sending user's data into void like August 15th update. Anyway I light try to move when Microsoft pronunce about a reliable fix otherwise a fresh installation may break hours of work in installing the new OS. By the way but can I still find useful information on the support about Kaspersky Standard lifetime cycle when it will stop to function on Operating Systems such as mine or untill when will continue to receive updates? However the issues where KS 21.21.7.384 within few days prior that version there other users like myself include getting a hanging with KS when booting or turning on our machines. Since with compulse will to find workarounds, the only way was to wait for about a minute before entering my Windows user entrance. Within KS 21.22.7.466 that issues still remain. Some of the old reports I've listed in the past months about KS 21.21 like occasionally scans mande where not bring saved in the report page. By far till tonight like rootkit/background schedulled evento scan are no longer having this problem. However I've using my compulsive tricks to monitor whether these scans are bring saved in the report page.

It seems so far in my experiente using Steam and playing an online game It didn't stop or interfered with anything not even with Kernel anticheat system but as the author of this thread and so do I share a common interest such that I don't like having unecessary process running background (15,9/16 Gb capacity). And I notice this WebView2 manager(32 bits) (7) begin using aprox. about 70 MB and the later decreases to 40 MB and 15 MB under lots of use, accordingly to my user behavior like playing, design work and such. I do suffer OCD and I get the need to keep things under the integrity of general resources to not go out of abnormal condition. That I wasn't no aware about It because in my old experience using Kaspersky Internet Security since 2018 till 2023, that AV suite would get a version once a year. I've started using Kaspersky Standard late in 2024 as I got oriented by my regional suporter customer Center the KIS no longer operante or keep to be updated.

  23. Yes, it's not very suitable for home users. Only for advanced users who want to forbid everything that is not in the "green zone".) Almost like whitelists, which were removed from the products a long time ago. And even then, some additional tuning will be required for the further use.

  26. Hallo @gardenawe, willkommen. Die Lizenzverwaltung hat in letzter Zeit einige Änderungen erfahren. Deine Lizenz wurde höchstwahrscheinlich mit dem My Kapersky Konto Deiner Mutter verknüpft. Die einfachste Lösung dürfte sein, dass Du Dich in deren Konto anmeldest und Dir selbst eine "Einladung" sendest. Damit kann die Lizenz dann geteilt werden: https://support.kaspersky.com/KPC/1.0/de-DE/134048.htm Eine andere Möglichkeit wäre, dass Du Deine Installation mit ihrem Konto verbindest. Funktioniert beides nicht, können wir kaum weiterhelfen, dann brauchst Du den Support. Bitte halte un auf dem Laufenden.

Certainly un ticking that option, as I posted, may cause issues, a digitally signed app can be blocked, if the cert is not approved, also if not enough reputation in KSN, also if the files spawned during installation are not signed and approved and known by KSN, of course the installation will break. But that's Default Deny / Anti-Exe, I use that strong config in my KES, but it is not for standard users... nor in a system of constant new app installations.
  28. Приветствую. Только начинаю пользоваться приложением. Поставил менеджер на телефон, установил мастер-пароль. Поставил менеджер на компьютер (Win10) - мастер-пароль не воспринимается ( Проверил на kpm - работает, вхожу нормально. На телефоне так же разблокируется по этому же паролю. Т.е. он вводится правильно. Между установкой мастер-пароля и попыткой входа на компьютере прошло около часа, т.е. синхронизация должна пройти нормально. В чем может быть проблема и как ее решить?
