Решил попробовать подписку Kaspersky Standard, купился на скидку, и уже второй день её просто нет в личном кабинете. Письма на почту пришли. в письме сказана: "Код активации больше не нужен — теперь подписки сразу добавляются в аккаунт". Я на всякий случай скачал Kaspersky Standard, авторизировался, и да он пишет нет подписки. Кто то сталкивался с таким?

Добрый день! Заканчивается 2025 год. Хотел узнать решен ли вопрос с возможностью установки антивируса Касперского на платформу АРМ? Если нет, когда следует ожидать?

Bonjour à toutes et à tous. Juste un petit mot pour dire que c'est exactement la même chose pour moi ... Depuis la mise à jour du VPN (version 21.23.6.614-2), je n'arrive plus à me connecter au net via mes navigateurs (edge, chrome, firefox et opéra). J'ai crée un ticket d'incident via mon compte Kaspersky Premium. Le rapport a été envoyé et la réponse fu qu'il n'a pas été trouvé de problème. Lors de mon appel à la HOTLINE, mon interlocuteur, fort sympathique au passage, m'a informé qu'il y constatait déjà plus de 4000 appels téléphonique (en France) pour signaler ce problème. J'ai Windows 11 famille version 25H2. J'espère que Kaspersky va solutionner le problème avec la prochaine mise à jour. Cordialement.

I am using Vodafone home internet in Türkiye and I am getting an error that Kaspersky Plus VPN is not working.

Beim letzten Schritt der Anleitung beim verbinden der App mit deinem mykaspersky.de Konto erhielt ich die Auswahl von der aktuellen gültigen Lizenz klappte ohne Probleme bei mir.

Dankeschön für den Tip. Werde am 31.12. oder nach Ablauf der Lizenz das mal probieren. Kann ja nur schiefgehen 😉 Werde auf jeden Fall berichten. Ich hoffe jedoch noch darauf, dass die Verlängerung ggf. automatisch erfolgen könnte. Bin gespannt, wenn ich das Programm neu installiert habe, ob dieses auch die hinterlegte neue Lizenzverlängerung findet. Wenn ich das alles so lese überlege ich wirklich, ob ich in Zukunft mir ein anderes Programm suchen werde. So etwas kompliziertes habe ich selten erlebt. Nochmals Danke und ein schönes Wochenende.

Update: Since the problem couldn't be solved at first, I was referred to the product development in Moscow. They were able to help me reinstall Kaspersky Plus. The problem was the setting “Intel Turbo Boost” (Intel Turbo Boost Max Technology 3.0 / Intel Turbo Boost V3) in the BIOS. After I disabled it, I was able to install Kaspersky Plus without any problems. I don't know whether the original problem (the product doesn't start due to an error message “Microsoft .net failed to initialize”) has now been solved or not. However, I will ONLY get in touch again IF the problem occurs again.

Here's where Kaspersky doesn't seem to get the problem. It's that we all totally disagree with this whole transition in the first place, like, just go back to where it was beforehand. Too many features and locations now gone, and now we're dealing with a shady company virtually no one uses their service (PureVPN), who's had a bad reputation and is easily discovered that they do NOT deliver on quality and in respects to privacy and security, they're pretty questionable. Clearly a blatant measure to cut costs, at the cost of butchering the whole VPN experience for all. I can ramble on this for another whole two paragraphs.

Main reason why I loved the VPN, was the Catapult Hydra protocol, which is the fastest I've seen so far. I literally did the same thing, read their new "VPN Statement", and then investigated wth is PureVPN and found it super sketchy. I'd suspect they went for the absolute cheapest option available in the market. I feel like the VPN is practically killed off in a sense. It's dead to me though.

С пингом есть проблема! YouTube через VPN с российской лицензией пока не заработал. Тех поддержка решает этот вопрос, им известна ситуация, так меня проинформировали. Есть проблема с доступом к сайтам с нейросетями, приложения и сервисы через VPN не работают, тп тоже было сообщено. При включённом VPN было замечено, что регион не меняется, к примеру если выбрать США то сайты, сервисы знают ваш реальный регион. Все это немного странно.

Cutting costs is gonna be why. Just check out the PureVPN website, I found it to be mediocre and their Holiday Sale alone, kind of tells me that they were the cheapest alternative Kaspersky could've chosen to switch to. And I'm extremely disappointed and salty about it. I want that Catapult Hydra and that manual WireGuard config. Also their Turkey/Türkiye server has become abysmal.

That's the problem. They literally DOWNGRADED the whole VPN experience by changing from some company (Pango or something), to that of PureVPN, which now sucks, has less locations, has worse performance, no double hop, no Catapult Hydra (I miss it so terribly), and no manual WireGuard for a router/Linux, and I sincerely and strongly disagree with this whole decision. I just paid for another year of Kaspersky Premium for 5 devices, only for the VPN to sink low to hell not 6 days after. I really enjoyed the Catapult Hydra protocol, since it's the fastest I've seen so far. PureVPN seems like a terrible choice.
