    Не работает VPN на ПК

    Причём, я сейчас в очередной раз переустановил программу. Не работает. Поклацал стандартные свои сервера - Казахстан, Нидерланды, Финляндия... значок интернета на ПК перечёркнут. Выбрал сервер по умолчанию, как "самый быстрый"... включилась Москва. Сеть появилась. Отключился, опять подключил Казахстан - заработало. Короче, какая-то шляпа полная. Разработчика, решите проблему уже, наконец!

    Не работает VPN на ПК

    И у меня тоже эта проблема. Уже выбешивает, если честно. Пользуюсь, просто, несколькими VPN... И Kaspersky вообще отвалился. По рекомендации службы поддержки переустановил на последнюю ПК версию. Работает какое-то время, потом снова перестаёт. При включении Seсure Connection, просто блокируется Интернет и всё. Причём, иногда бывает что протокол в самой программе меняешь... начинает работать. Но последнее время вообще по нулям. Даже в исключения брандмауэра Windows файлы добавлял, на исходящие подключения... никакой реакции. Пользуюсь на нескольких ПК, которые вообще на разных квартирах находятся. И у всех трёх одна и таже проблема. Хоть, деньги возвращай и отказывайся от этого софта. Есть у кого решение или хотя бы предположение почему так?

Past experience has shown that missing features return more quickly when a large number of users request them. In theory, the router option should also be possible with the new partner, but if only a few people request it, the priority is not that high...
  8. Hallo, ich habe in letzter Zeit hin und wieder das Problem, dass Kaspersky beim Systemstart anscheinend nicht richtig startet. Das Programmsymbol erscheint in der Taskleiste unten rechts in rot, wie bei einem Virusfund (siehe Screenshot). Erst nach einer gefühlten Ewigkeit "schaltet" das Symbol auf grün. Wenn ich aber den Browser öffne, schaltet das Symbol komischerweise sofort auf grün. Fährt man mit der Maus über das rote Symbol, steht da "Kaspersky wird gestartet...". Heißt das, dass ich solange nicht geschützt bin? Das Problem tritt seit der neuesten Programmversion auf. Virusscan fand nichts und Problem besteht nach Programmneuinstallation weiterhin. Jemand ähnliche Erfahrungen? Kaspersky Plus 21.23.6.614(a) Windows 11 Home 25H2

  10. The VPN for router option has disappeared, which was the main reason I chose Kaspersky VPN, especially since I just renewed my subscription. Now I've learned that, due to a change in their service provider, the router VPN option is no longer available. I would like to know if the router VPN option will be available again in the near future. If not, I believe I should be entitled to a refund and cancellation of the service, as they are no longer meeting the terms of the service agreement. Has anyone else gone down this path?
  11. Berny, you know me from the old good times. I know what is the problem, and it is not one you count. MS not support Win7, but Kaspersky products still support it. Yes I know, but the developers know what to do with this info. I post it only for information on themself. Thanks, but not need reinstalling. The situation will be the same. Thank you for the answer. Now I know it's not only our PCs. We have paid versions too. On the computers with Win7 we have crash on first restart, on win10-11 we don't have. Its's OS releated issue. I hope that in the new patches issue will be fixed and we don't have crash on restart. Have a good night to everyone!

Uzun süre önce açtığım Kaspersky hesabıma bugün yeniden giriş yapmak istediğimde, hesabımın tamamen silindiğini fark ettim. *****@*****.tld adresiyle kayıtlı olan hesabıma girmeye çalıştığımda sistem “böyle bir kullanıcı bulunamadı” hatası veriyor ve hiçbir şekilde erişim sağlayamıyorum. Hesabımı uzun zamandır kullanmıyordum, bugün tekrar kullanmak ve içinde varsa eski bilgilerimi, lisanslarımı görmek için giriş yapacaktım ancak hesabımın yok olduğunu görmek beni ciddi şekilde mağdur etti. Herhangi bir bildirim, uyarı veya onay olmadan hesabımın silinmiş olmasını kabul etmiyorum. Kaspersky’den, *****@*****.tld adresine kayıtlı hesabımın tekrar aktif hale getirilmesini ve hesabıma erişimin sağlanmasını talep ediyorum.

  19. Hello @tigertron, the same thing happened with my Premium on Win7 just under a month ago—it crashed during the first reboot with patch ‘A’. There have been no further incidents since then, and 21.23.6.614 (a) is running perfectly.

  23. For analysis, developers need dump files, not these logs. And sometimes additional logs - traces, etc. But the free version won't be analyzed. You can only try reinstalling the app if you have its setup file, because the free version is no longer supported in most regions.
  24. @tigertron Welcome. This could be related with e.g. damaged Windows system components or a driver issue or a RAM issue ........ 🤔 Also , Windows 7 is an old Operating System and is not supported any more by Microsoft .
  25. I have installed Kaspersky Premium, but, I can't see in VPN settings location fro Croatia? How to I get location? I contact Kaspersky support, they told me there is location selection for Croatia. But I still don't see it.... any help, please!?! Igor Here I can see that Premium have Croatia location for VPN...
