Why my connection gets really slow when I use the VPN?
Hello @Teaspoonwally, Welcome! Read: Internet connection speed decreases after the installation of a Kaspersky application. Read: Why the data transfer speed is reduced when a secure connection is enabled Has *any* OR *all of the advice in this topic been followed? Has a *different* Protocol been tried? Has the VPN software been *clean* installed? IF 'yes' & the issue persists -> log a request with Kaspersky Customer Service, https://support.kaspersky.com/b2c#contacts -> on the support page, select either Chat or Email, then fill in the template as shown in the image below; please include a *detailed history*. Why my connection gets really slow when I use the VPN?
I too have a speed drop when using vpn. It works, but waiting all the time for a reply say 10 or 15 seconds or longer, makes me want to turn it off...and thats what happens ...I turn vpn off. -

Kaspersky Password Manager doesn't even open.

browser extension problem
I don't use Kaspersky VPN, but using Kaspersky Premium... broke Nord VPN browser extension from this morning. Found this thread and disabled "Scanning of Secure Connections" from Settings. Seems to be working for now... -

Kaspersky has removed Norton Utilities.
Hello @kr-faker, Welcome! Is the software *genuine* Norton Utilities? Is the Norton Utilities *combined* with any Norton AV software? Norton Utilities as a stand-alone-product is *not* listed: List of applications incompatible with Kaspersky for Windows. PDM issues need to be analysed by Kaspersky Virus Lab, please do the following: log a request with Kaspersky Customer Service, https://support.kaspersky.com/b2c#contacts - on the support page, select either Chat or Email, then fill in template as shown in the image below; (fill in (your) software - we've used Kaspersky Standard as an example) - please include any screen images of the error & a *detailed history*. Support may request logs, READ: Files to send to Kaspersky technical support in case of PDM malware detection, traces & other data; they will guide you Please share the outcome with the Community, when it's available? Password Manager start niet op
Ik heb een probleem met Kaspersky Password Manager op mijn desktop sinds al enkele dagen start mijn Password Manager niet op, zelfs als manueel via de snelkoppeling op mijn bureaublad te openen. Via de site van Kaspersky gekeken wat ik kon doen via helpdesk enzo. Eerst eens Password Manager verwijderen en opnieuw installeren. GEEN SUCCES Dan het volledige programma Kaspersky Total Security verwijderen en opnieuw installeren. GEEN SUCCES Nu een nieuwe Licentie gekocht van Kaspersky Premium waardoor ik mij 30 dagen die resteerden bij Total Security heb verloren. Omdat ik dacht dat met het nieuwe programma het probleem van Password Manager ging opgelost geraken. Maar zelfs dat dat niet is gelukt!!!!!! Kunnen jullie mij helpen, aub? Met vriendelijke groeten -

Пропал интернет через vpn расширение chrome
Обнаружил такую проблему сегодня. Запустил браузер chrome с vpn расширением - ни один сайт не грузится. Закрываю Kaspersky Free - сайты через vpn начинают открываться. Подскажите, как и что можно настроить, чтобы все работало?
