Hi @AussBoxa,

Welcome to the Kaspersky community.

Apparently the site is clean for malware/phishing. Still, it is being blocked by Kaspersky for the following reason: "Invalid certificate name. The name is not included in the list of allowed names or has been explicitly excluded from it."

Website analysis → https://opentip.kaspersky.com/https%3A%2F%2Fforum.zidoo.tv%2F/?tab=web

Add the site to exclusions, do the following:

1. Open the Kaspersky graphical interface
2. Click the gear symbol (setting) in the lower left side of the window
3. Click → Security Settings
4. Scroll down the page (to the bottom) and click → Network Settings
5. Scroll down the page again (to the end) and click on → Trusted addresses
6. In the new window, click → Add
7. In the domain box, type the address of the website you want to exclude
8. In Status, leave it marked as → Active
9. Click → Add
10. Click → Save
11. Click → Save

Yours sincerely,

Guilherme

Hi,

Can anyone please advise how to stop Kaspersky Plus from changing the view in forums??

It happens in all browsers (EDGE/Firefox/Opera)

Cheers

Hello @AussBoxa,
Also, do not add an exclusion unless you trust the site, it's better to contact the *site administrators* & find out why they have a Certificate name mismatch:

contact the site administrators & find out why they have a problem with their certificate

Contact the admin and ask why the site is not certified? 🤭🤔

KSN itself has already reported that the site has a good reputation...

@Flood and Flood's wife  Thankyou Sir,  identifying that detail was behind my skill set and I appreciate your help.

Hello @AussBoxa

You're most welcome!

Kaspersky sends alerts endeavouring to protect it's users, it's always good to seek information about the alert, either from the Community or from Kaspersky Customer Service - https://support.kaspersky.com/b2c#contacts - so you've taken the correct action.

Please share the response you receive from zidoo, when it's available?

Thank you🙏

Thanks mate,

I tried several pages within that forum and pasted the URLs:

https://forum.zidoo.tv/index.php#products.1

https://forum.zidoo.tv/index.php?forums/eversolo.55/

https://forum.zidoo.tv/index.php?forums/eversolo-dmp-a6.56/

And I get:

It allowed forum.zidoo.tv to be added but access still hindered by warning message
