    So, just to confirm, you've changed MHSAEPassportScan from Low restricted, as shown in the KIS Report, to Trusted - correct?  Is MHSAEPassportScan app, something like authentication software for your workplace?  Has KIS been uninstalled, saving License information only & then clean installed, while you've been at your workplace & already past the login of MHSAEPassportScan?  Scan MHSAEPassportScan exe using https://opentip.kaspersky.com/ & post the result here please?  Post the MHSAEPassportScan report (in your first post) as a text file (upload to cloud) & post the share link please?  Please let us know?

    Which KIS version & patch(x), x = letter, is installed, on the Windows taskbar or hidden icons, rightclick the Kaspersky icon, select About?  In KIS REPORTS are there any events logged that reflect the "Games not accessing the internet" / "KIS blocking the games"?  IF the version is 21.3.10.391(i) @Igor Kurzin has a solution that may help: Disable Self-Defense via Settings -> General. Exit Kaspersky product, on the Windows Taskbar or hidden icons, rightclick the Kaspersky icon, select Exit.  Go to folder C:\ProgramData\Kaspersky Lab\AVP21.3\, rename the folder Report to Report1.   Shutdown machine using Shutdown, not Restart, power on the machine by pressing the power button, login. Start KIS. Enable Self-Defense. Re-check original issue? Please let us know the outcome?  IF the issue persists, log a request with Kaspersky Support, select either Chat or Email, fill in Application malfunction, Other template; Support may request Logs, Traces & other data, they will guide you.  When Support provide a solution, please share it with the Community?

    @Igor Kurzin has a fix that may help:
    Disable KTS Self-Defense via Settings -> General. Exit Kaspersky product, on the Windows Taskbar or hidden icons, rightclick the Kaspersky icon, select Exit.  Go to folder C:\ProgramData\Kaspersky Lab\AVP21.3\, rename the folder Report to Report1.  Shutdown machine using Shutdown, not Restart, power on the machine by pressing the power button, login. Start KTS.     It never hurts to ask, we're delighted the issue has been clarified; just for your information the Quick launch keyboard icon that generates a Secure Keyboard Input is enabled popup, (that you've shown in the image) & that drives many Kaspersky subscribers nuts, that popup cannot be disabled or managed in any way. 
    It is possible to select Settings, select Additional, uncheck Enable Secure Keyboard Input, select Save, select Save (to confirm the action), but, that will not stop the popup, so, it's best to leave Secure Keyboard Input set at the default setting.

    To unlock/change the current password → use KLAPR, Kaspersky password reset tool; follow the documentation carefully.  💥KLAPR tool must be run with Windows in Safe Mode.  After you’ve reset the password, you may choose any password you wish or not have a password at all.  Thank you🙏

    Also, we logged a request to check this with Kaspersky support, they advised: the only option you have available on your My Kaspersky account is to hide the expired licenses, to delete unused/expired licenses, must be done by a Kaspersky support agent via their internal system.
    Log a request with Kaspersky Support, select with Chat or Email, select Activation & license issues, Other template; provide the licenses details you'd like to delete from your My Kaspersky account; Support will assist.  You may also wish to discuss the Subscription limit issue, that you've raised, which, if you've got 91 licenses in your MyKaspersky account, it's still under the 100 limit.  When it's available, please share the outcome with the Community?

    Kaspersky experts have never provided a satisfactory answer as to why the only online storage option is Dropbox.  No.  You may wish to log request, with Kaspersky support, however, the issue has been logged, in the past, it's never been resolved, despite being raised/requested by numerous Kaspersky subscribers -> select either Chat or Email, then fill in the Feedback, I have a complaint or Feedback, I have a suggestion template.  Please share the outcome with the Community, when it's available?

    Yes, the Export of the KIS Settings will save the current application settings to a file in CFG format - refer: KIS, Managing application settings. No, it's not possible to only save/export only application rules to a file.  Thank you🙏

    No, KSK does not show new or deleted contacts.  You may wish to contact Kaspersky Support to discuss the issue with the experts; select either Chat or Email & then select either Feedback, I have a suggestion, or, Feedback, I have a complaint, provide as much information as possible to support your position.  Please share the outcome with the Community when it's available?  Regarding blocking the phone app, the documented advice, for Device use, from Kaspersky is: "On your child's Android devices, Kaspersky Safe Kids blocks all apps except the Phone and Contacts apps. The child can make and receive phone calls on the device. The child can also use the apps which you have already added to the list of exclusions."  Our understanding has always been, the phone is always available, in case of any emergency.     For BRAVE, KPM extension is supported by Kaspersky, KIS is not. 
    Hacking the Chrome exe fixes the issue for KIS, but breaks the KPM extension, so, yes, it's a "trade-off".
