    Kaspersky Total Security does come with Kaspersky Password Manager Premium.  IF the installed KPM software has not synchronized with (your) MyKaspersky account, it may not have picked up the new activation code. Make sure you're signed into (your) KPM with the same email address that you sign into (your) MyKaspersky account.  The activation code is linked to your My Kaspersky account. If your My Kaspersky account already has an activation code that is valid for Kaspersky Password Manager, the application recognizes this activation code and switches to the premium version when you connect to My Kaspersky with this account.

    After rebooting, what is the version & patch(x), on the Windows taskbar or hidden icons, rightclick the Kaspersky icon, select About?  It's not possible to answer a generic question without data/logs/traces, none of which can be submitted in the Community, Kaspersky support will need to assist you; please raise a case with them, on the support page, select either Chat or Email, then fill in Application malfunction, Other template. Please share the outcome, with the Community, when it's available?

    Looking at the KTS product in the image above, the software must be activated within 3 years of the purchase date, the license itself is for 1 year; therefore, the license will be active for 1 year, after the activation date.  Note: Kaspersky's new software subscriptions, work differently: read: Kaspersky Basic | Standard | Plus | Premium: How subscription works & Kaspersky: Basic, Standard, Plus, Premium - info & FAQ - by Danila T.     IF the end date for a promo is not on the website, then Kaspersky have not made it available; Kaspersky may change promo end dates - from time to time.

    We're not quite sure why that would be🤔? 
    Please do the following steps:
    Open KAV, select Settings⚙, select Manage settings, select Export settings, save the KAV configuration file.  Go back to Manage settings, select Restore, allow the Restore wizard to complete.  Shutdown the computer using Shutdown, not Restart, power on by pressing the power button, login.  💥Don't import the original KAV config💥 Retry adding a file to exclusions, does the 'Do not prompt for confirmation during the next x minutes' prompt, disappear before you've had a chance to select an option?  IF 'yes', uninstall KAV, during the uninstall, check SAVE LICENSE INFORMATION *only*, don't check any other check box, at the completion of the uninstall, make sure the computer is rebooted?  Download a new KAV installer.  Clean install KAV, follow: How to install the application.  Retry adding a file to exclusions, does the 'Do not prompt for confirmation during the next x minutes' prompt, disappear before you've had a chance to select an option?  IF 'yes', please log a support request; on the support page, select either Chat or Email, then fill in, Application malfunction, Other, template. Support may request logs, traces & other data; they will guide you.  Please share the outcome, with the Community, when it's available?

    In KIS Reports, are there any errors, that match any of the events you've shown in the screen images? IF "yes", SAVE the report as a text file (top right-hand-corner of the Report window), upload to any cloud service of your choice & post the share link please - note: select 24hrs time frame, it's not necessary to have masses of events.  In Windows security, what is the status of Core Isolation & Memory Integrity?   Thank you🙏

    On the Android, which Kaspersky software name & version is installed, is it original Kaspersky Internet Security (KIS) or new Kaspersky Standard, refer: How to find the name and the version number of a Kaspersky application?  And the same question for the tablet, which Kaspersky software name & version is installed?  Original KIS, does not have: Smart home monitor; Kaspersky Security Cloud Personal & Family, both have Smart home monitor, it's called: Devices on My Network. Kaspersky Standard does not have Smart home monitor; Kaspersky Plus & Kaspersky Premium subscription, both have the feature, it's called: Devices on My Network - now this is where it gets confusing, the software installed on an Android, is Kaspersky Standard, irrespective of the subscription, looking at our image may help explain it, Android phone, Kaspersky Standard *software* installed, managed by Kaspersky Plus subscription:   
    Original KIS does not have Social privacy, Kaspersky Security Cloud Personal & Family, both have the Social Privacy feature.  Kaspersky Plus & Kaspersky Premium both have the Social privacy feature:  Kaspersky Standard | Plus | Premium: Kaspersky app overview, has a table showing the features available in each subscription.  About Kaspersky app for Android, has a table showing the features available.  Thank you🙏

    The original KAV/KIS/KTS & KSC will eventually be decommissioned, Kaspersky has no plans to keep the old range & the new range - forever - please read: Kaspersky: Basic, Standard, Plus, Premium - info & FAQ, by Danila T. The new Kaspersky Premium is the top-of-the-line product that Kaspersky is releasing, it includes a dedicated Support package, please read: Comparison of subscription plans.  Also, more reading: Kaspersky: we’re starting a new digital life. One thing to be alert to with the new range, if purchased online, the subscription begins on purchase date, not software install date.  Another thing to be alert to, to 'activate' the software, it must be synchronized with (your) MyKaspersky account.  Any questions, please post back?

    You purchased a Kaspersky boxed software license that can be installed on 10 devices, for 3 User accounts = 3 MyKaspersky accounts & 3 Kaspersky Password Managers.  Thank you🙏

    Check the Hardware & software requirements? Is the device OS a commercial release, not Beta, Preview or Insider build?  Is the Canada site the only site that's a problem?  Try uninstalling - saving *License information only* & full reboot, power off, download a new installer & a clean install?

    Thank you for posting back & the information! For a non-geek geek you're doing really well👏 Not sure if you're referring to Malwarebytes Adware, but, bottom-line, no second fiddles; it's not possible to run Kaspersky real-time & other AV/security software at the same time, without experiencing issues similar to what you're reporting; Kaspersky requires dedicated access to system resources to run correctly - so do other similar AVs - they don't play nice if they have to share.  IF by "it", you mean you uninstalled the Adware software -> great, well done. IF you mean Kaspersky, we are not sure what you're getting at, please clarify?  Confirm please, has Bitdefender software ever been installed on the Dell?  Which Kaspersky version & patch is installed, on the Windows taskbar or hidden icons, rightclick the Kaspersky icon, select About?  Please post back?

    According to Kaspersky's documentation: "If after completing the purchase you received a request for additional information, for example, a photo of your ID, then you may have entered some details incorrectly. Please provide the required information or make another order with correct details." We encountered this issue once when we used a parcel locker address, instead of the recorded home address that our bank had that matched our credit card; at the end of the day, they're just trying to verify the purchase is a legitimate purchase, even if the request for Passport ID & your DNA seems over the top. The team that can help you is Kaspersky Support; on the support page, select either Chat or Email, then fill in: Order & Payment issues, Other template -> please explain the problem to Support, they will assist if they can.

    If you're referring to this Machine learning & signature analysis, it's a default, used in all Kaspersky home AV software: Each Scan Settings show what is defined, (our) Quick scan, for example, is: Security level: Optimal, Machine learning and signature analysis: Yes, Heuristic analysis: Light scan, Scan technologies: iSwift: No, iChecker: Yes, Action on threat detection: Disinfect Regarding the "dozens of zero days" report, post an image of the issue, we need to see what you see please?  Thank you🙏

    1. Don't be frightened! 2. Spinme is shipped with the Touchpal default keyboard.   3. IF you haven't already -> back up the phone: contacts, sms, calendars, whatever you consider important! 4. Disable the TouchPal keyboard and replace it with the Gboard – the Google Keyboard app, follow the steps below:  Open the phone Settings menu. Tap on Settings Scroll thru to find Apps or Apps manager.  Tap on Apps, or App Manager.  Find and tap on TouchPal. The Apps screen with all the installed apps will open. Scroll thru until you find the TouchPal app. Tap on Touchpal to open TouchPal Details Select Force Stop -> allow it to STOP.  Select Uninstall -> allow the uninstall to complete.  At that point Google Keyboard should have replaced Touchpal? Shutdown, power OFF, the phone, leave it OFF for 3 minutes.  Power ON, login.  Check if the Spinme issue is resolved?  Yes? Excellent, work, well done👏 No😧, IF KIS is a Premium subscription, not Free, Beta, or Trial, please contact Support, on the support page, select either Chat or Email, then fill in Malware, I suspect my device is infected; Support may request logs, traces & other data; they will guide you.  Please share the outcome with the Community, when it's available? 
    Regarding: Is there a chance Kaspersky for Android will receive an update that erases this thing?
    The distributors of the patches for Touchpal should not be distributing "dirty' patches.  And maybe preventing TouchPal from downloading unwanted apps in the future?

    Uninstall any *existing* Kaspersky software, during the process a popup will show for Saving data for future use -> do not check any boxes - leave all boxes blank -> at the end of the uninstall, reboot, shutdown the computer Download the Kaspersky Free installer from https://www.kaspersky.com/downloads/try-free-cloud-antivirus - select South east Asia, from the drop-down list - see image below Install using How to install the application, as a guide.

    Microsoft's Memory integrity uses virtualization-based security that conflicts with Kaspersky's requirements to run correctly.
    When the MS features have been turned off, to allow KSC to be installed correctly, KSC previously did override Windows, Device security alerts, however, due to a recent change by MS, that may no longer be the case: IF, KSC is Premium, not Free, please  log a case with Kaspersky support, fill in either Chat or Email, select Application malfunction, Other template, in the Description of the issue section, give a detailed history; include all screen print(s); support may request logs, traces & other data; they will guide you. 
    Additionally, Kaspersky is currently reviewing their documentation as Memory integrity etc. is not explicitly stated. Also, the articles, in the KSC Online Help resource, all refer to Windows 10, 11 is not included, this has also been submitted for review.

    NT AUTHORITY\System = is a built-in user - Local System account, with unrestricted access to all local system resources. It's a member of the Windows Administrators group on the local computer. The Kaspersky application intermittently has privileges to use this account.

    Both statements are correct, please see image 1, from our machine, as an example:  
    For detections, in, for example: Web Anti-Virus, File Anti-Virus, System Watcher - detections will appear similar to our third image  
    In the image you've shown: C:Windows\Installer\4413add.msi, the extended detail (lower part of the report), shows the application path: C:\Program Files (x86)\Kaspersky Lab\Kaspersky Anti-Virus 21.3, not C:\Program Files (x86)\Kaspersky Lab\Kaspersky VPN 5.7 - please go to C:Windows\Installer\ - find the 4413add.msi file, rightclick, select Properties, then select the Details tab, post back a full screen screen image of the 4413add.msi file, showing the Details please?  Scan the msi file, using https://opentip.kaspersky.com/ - post the result please?  IF you'd like to test how a detection will look & how KAV responds to detections, use EICAR test file: https://www.eicar.org/download-anti-malware-testfile/ - EICAR test file is a computer file that was developed by the European Institute for Computer Antivirus Research (EICAR) and Computer Antivirus Research Organization (CARO), to test the response of computer antivirus (AV) programs. Instead of using real malware, which could cause real damage, this test file allows people to test anti-virus software without having to use a real computer virus. A couple of tips, that may be useful when you're working with Kaspersky applications: in the top right corner, of the application, in each window, there's a ❔. The ❔represents HELP, selecting the ❔ will open Kaspersky's Online Help repository, specific to the window of the application - that you're on at that time. Second tip, in the Reports window, top righthand side, there's a SAVE option, selecting SAVE, will save the report as a text file; you can share the report by uploading to cloud & posting a share link OR, if sending to Kaspersky support, simply attach the text file to any email communications you have with the team.  Third tip, the reports can be filtered, using the Calendar & or place the cursor anywhere along the report table heading row (where you see Event date, Event, Result etc.); rightclick -> opens the list of all columns, select / tick / untick whichever columns are required - see our 4th image Thank you🙏

    Correct, by default, the cfg file, saves to C://users/username/documents, unless (the user), decides to save to another location.  IF you'd never exported the original cfg, there would not be a cfg file available, the app does not have the function to automatically save the cfg.  To close the topic, select Best answer, to any answer in the replies that you think has been the most helpful, you may even select your own reply; selecting Best answer will mark the topic as Solved.  Thank you🙏
