Uninstall kaspersky and restart pc, then install kaspersky update and restart. Also you are using older version. 2. I recommend Windows 10 rather than Windows 11 (new version is not better) especially for windows 11 when is lagging sometimes in games.

Nevermind. You should install latest version later. So if you succesfully restore your Windows with older kaspersky version. Then uninstall older kaspersky version download and install latest kaspersky update it manually (databases) restart PC and check problem. I would did it like this.

Hard to say but might be caused by other corrupted files like c++ libaries (some dll)... If you have a backup or restore points wheer Windows worked perfectly with kaspersky o should restore it to previous working system state from restore point.

Thats weird. I had similar problem with beta version 21.17. And what so about restore point in Windows?

And did you tried Kavremover program?

But i wanted that you try uninstall do restart PC and then install it. There might be a problem with corrupted files etc.

Try uninstall via control panel and do screenshot of error (kaspersky installer).

If you click on uninstall via control panel? Which error is showing? Dont care about event viewer.

Also what is the reason for using offline installer? When you must download and installing updates. And downloading updates without internet it is impossible.

Hi, Welcome. You can add into exclusions. Go to Settings > Security Settings > Exclusions and actions on object detection > Manage exclusions > Add And here you can add file or folders (browse) and check protection components (Scan, File Antivirus) etc... This will exclude file from detection (scanning etc). EDIT : You have KIS installed. So steps are a little bit different. Settings > Threats and Exclusions > Manage exclusions

I had same window i clicked on yes (uninstall) as you can see my latest screenshot showing empty progres bar thats all... But you was successfull 🙂 Btw it is problem which should be fixed...

Same problem.. Kavremover also not helpful in safe mode also. Keep trying 🙂
