  2. So i really dont know if it is good idea deleting some partitions on disk :) some should be important... I have backup of my windows and efi and recovery. So i am able recover it without installation windows. I would try reinstall windows - in windows installation setup i would delete all partitions just only disk will be there (clean install windows) then install kaspersky and check system volume info... Should be under C.
  3. Check your disks in windows should be lookslike mine... DISK 1 is disk C - SSD there i have installed windows, EFI and also recovery partition... DISK 0 is disk D - just DATA HDD.
  4. Also here is mine... With K4W 21.15 and 21.16 version. Also files like ISwift, klif, klmeta etc...But why in sys volume info? hm
  5. Its easy as i wrote. Simply disconnect device which is greyed out in my kaspersky devices. And after this you should have correct devices numbers if not restart phone and look again. it will updated...
  6. Hi, Welcome. I had this when i reinstalled phone so i was 3 devices from 5 which was correct. After reinstallation phone kaspersky recognized 4 devices from 5. But it was same phone like before. So simply in my.kaspersky devices i did disconnect device previous (before reinstall of phone). So i keept new after reinstalled phone. And it is 3 from 5 like before. But you wrote that you already disconnected device... hmm Please look again on devices on my kaspersky.
  7. @Havokdan Which problem do you have with kaspersky? While scanning or simply crash? * See my previous comment --> some instability will be fixed in MR17 which is currently in BETA phase and will be released soon.
  8. But i wanted know where is problem. If you update to newest your problem will be solved but without solution....
  9. So first solve problem please with version 21.3. We wanted know what was caused this bsod.
  10. Yes exactly one file should have more files or processes inside which kaspersky deeply extract and scanned it and you see only one file... What was the answer from tech support?
  11. Thanks for info. I am on 21.16.6 and today was restarted random... I remember i had runed rootkit scan and i did sometihing in intrussion prevention (cleanup) and after this main gui closed (from taskbar icon also). And i see starting screen loading kaspersky. Restarted automatically..
  12. @Xzz123 this i had there. Did it run again without any problem and detection. No detection hmm soo i need some sample to test system watcher now if it really working fine....

  14. Something is not okay ... it also on BETA. You not testing SAME sample as me. You must click on disinfect and restart if kaspersky not offering this then your sample is nothing. System Watcher must be involved. I mean your detailed reports of system watcher but history for example last 7 days etc or more... I wanted check if system watcher starting proces and stopping proces as this screen showing from FEBRUARY 2024

  16. Hi! I noticed right now when I click disinfect and restart pc... during advanced disinfection open main GUI window and here I see system watcher is off... But if I check it go to system watcher settings there is on. EDIT : Reprots of System Watcher stopping and starting. So what? On or off?

  19. You did restart phone and now working in chrome right? Then I am happy that is solved for now. For other apps it is better contact Tech Support and tell them about app issues... @qmehmet Can you please mark as solved for now? Other people with same problem can easily find solution... Thank you
  20. This was only basic example... Not only two brands exists... There are so many brands and classification in mid range, high end etc... Sometime restart phone will solve a lot of problems with apps. Try restart phone. I turning off phone every week for 5 min... It is much better than use 365 days in a year without restart or turning off. Try restart or turn of phone completely and wait 5 min. Turn on phone and check the problem.
  21. I know but you are comparing Android with Windows. Also Phones are different phone by phone also brands etc... For example I have Phone brand XXY and you have phone brand XXZ. In my phone everything is ok but in your not.
  22. In my case KPM offering me fill password when i am writing text in app (chat app) :) too much offering me. 1. I would try remove in browser - cache and cookies If not helpful 2. I would try reinstall KPM. If not helpful or too many same problems I´d contact Tech Support and tell them about this problem.

  24. Hi @qmehmet Welcome. Please verify in your KPM settings if you have enabled --> Browsers - offer fill passwords in browsers
  25. @Berny I have also real time turned off. I use it once per month only for scan. So there is not any conflict with kaspersky. This scenario should be enabled from kaspersky hmm
