  1. Thanks for info. I am on 21.16.6 and today was restarted random... I remember i had runed rootkit scan and i did sometihing in intrussion prevention (cleanup) and after this main gui closed (from taskbar icon also). And i see starting screen loading kaspersky. Restarted automatically..
  2. @Xzz123 this i had there. Did it run again without any problem and detection. No detection hmm soo i need some sample to test system watcher now if it really working fine....

  4. Something is not okay ... it also on BETA. You not testing SAME sample as me. You must click on disinfect and restart if kaspersky not offering this then your sample is nothing. System Watcher must be involved. I mean your detailed reports of system watcher but history for example last 7 days etc or more... I wanted check if system watcher starting proces and stopping proces as this screen showing from FEBRUARY 2024

  6. Hi! I noticed right now when I click disinfect and restart pc... during advanced disinfection open main GUI window and here I see system watcher is off... But if I check it go to system watcher settings there is on. EDIT : Reprots of System Watcher stopping and starting. So what? On or off?

  9. You did restart phone and now working in chrome right? Then I am happy that is solved for now. For other apps it is better contact Tech Support and tell them about app issues... @qmehmet Can you please mark as solved for now? Other people with same problem can easily find solution... Thank you
  10. This was only basic example... Not only two brands exists... There are so many brands and classification in mid range, high end etc... Sometime restart phone will solve a lot of problems with apps. Try restart phone. I turning off phone every week for 5 min... It is much better than use 365 days in a year without restart or turning off. Try restart or turn of phone completely and wait 5 min. Turn on phone and check the problem.
  11. I know but you are comparing Android with Windows. Also Phones are different phone by phone also brands etc... For example I have Phone brand XXY and you have phone brand XXZ. In my phone everything is ok but in your not.
  12. In my case KPM offering me fill password when i am writing text in app (chat app) :) too much offering me. 1. I would try remove in browser - cache and cookies If not helpful 2. I would try reinstall KPM. If not helpful or too many same problems I´d contact Tech Support and tell them about this problem.

  14. Hi @qmehmet Welcome. Please verify in your KPM settings if you have enabled --> Browsers - offer fill passwords in browsers
  15. @Berny I have also real time turned off. I use it once per month only for scan. So there is not any conflict with kaspersky. This scenario should be enabled from kaspersky hmm
  16. Hi @Berny If i click keep kaspersky should ignore this and I shouldn't get the notification anymore... But still is here. Maybe bug?
  17. Hmm.. I have added MBAM into exclusions but kaspersky still keep info about incompatibility. Also i cant remove this notification
  18. This is not kaspersky antivirus. What do you want here? Also please do not spam with same thread on another forum section.
  19. So okay I have 2k monitor (quad HD) without problem. I would try uninstall kaspersky do restart PC and then install again download updates (manually update database) restart PC check the problem. Should be ok if not it is for tech support.

You have older windows version 20H2 currently is latest 22H2 - Solution : install latest updates for Windows 2. 10% for i9 overclocked (with K at the end) is no problem but understand is more than normal 3. You installed this Kaspersky standard over previous version ? For example upgrade from KIS? I have Kaspersky Plus without issue (see screenshots), windows 10 22H2 latest and K Plus same version like your 21.16.6.467

  22. 🙂 That's good.. Kaspersky should fix this problem with steam. Can you please report it? Contact Tech Support and tell them about this problem. EDIT : @Yoji this is not a solution but okay.. This problem is in process with Tech Support right now.
  23. 2. But yes you have right but try disable steam from startup. And check it. Maybe steam block kaspersky updates who knows...
  24. Default is kaspersky updating databases every 2 hours which is ok. And not needed edit this. Check update logs what is inside if is there problem or what. I noticed when i am on steam and playing for example something longer, and exit game after 3 hours for example and then databases not updating (must manually update). This is only on steam games. On non steam games kaspersky running database update automatically after i close game.
  25. @MirceaForce i agree. 1. Create support ticket and give them your suggestion 2. How long you are scrolling in antivirus? This is not browser.
