Windows Defender main window is blank after laptop shuts down on low battery. [Closed]

Two times I face the same issue. First time I restrore laptop and install kapersky with activation code.  Unfortunatealy I face the same issue after two month.  situation is same. I forgot to shutdown  the laptop and the laptop charge become low and it shutdown. Then i turn on the laptop kapersky not showing . Its just disappeared.  windows diffender not showin any options.

Please tell us:

  1. W10 version & build?
  2. KIS version & patch(x)? x=letter? 
  3. Before installing KIS was a software compatibilty check run? 
  4. In Windows TaskManager are there are active Kaspersky processes? 
  5. Run a GSI & Windows Logs, attach📎 the .zip folder to your reply or upload the .zip folder to cloud & post the link please?
