Good Morning for all Community.

Kaspersky now indicates in the PC cleaning menu that CCleaner is rarely run.

However I have been using this application for many years and several times a day.

I wonder why the KIS indicates this information that is false.

I'm using KIS 20.0.14.1085 (i) and CCleaner version 5.64 in the Windows 10 1909

Regards

  • Solution

Hello @FLOOD  and thanks for your interest.👍

I solved the problem a few minutes ago.

I uninstalled the installable CCleaner software and installed the portable version.

With the portable version of CCleaner, no longer appears as a problem in cleaning your PC.👏

I closed the ticket for technical support with this information.

Thank you for your always patient attention to my cases.🙏
