somebody changed my email address on my kaspersky

So somone took over "my kaspersky" account. They changed my email address to theirs and now I lost my account. I obviously didn't authorize this. What can I do? I sent an email request to kaspersky but its very difficult to get a real person to help. What should I do?

@Luis12345 Welcome. We assume you got an auto-reply with INC number.
K-Lab Support will come back to you and fix your problem,
this community can’t fix your issue.

I just got a generic email stating "we received your request. This is an automated message please don't reply..." but no number or anything else.

I went on live chat with customer service and they fixed it. I still can't login to my account. I don't really use it anyways, so I don't care. I just don't want whoever took over to have my information. 

I realize I probably posted this on the wrong section but I didn't know what else to do. I apologise and thanks for your help.
