I tired to change my sim card  and then Kaspersky security automatically asked me my secret code unfortunately I did not remember my code . 

I tried to recover my code but what I did was  I disconnected my phone from Kaspersky  and I thought I was good idea to discount my device from Kaspersky but know I cant access my phone.

 any suggestions

When you say you forgot “your secret code”, do you mean the pin code you set up when you first set up the phone or the KIS code? 

Contact Kaspersky Support, however, IF you’ve selected Disconnect in (your) MyKaspersky account, now the KIS application cannot communicate with the phone, you may have to do a factory reset.

On the quick launch panel in the main window of Kaspersky Internet Security, tap Settings > Anti-Theft. When prompted to enter the secret code, tap Menu > I forgot the code. Enter the recovery code specified on the portal. Your secret code is displayed on the device screen.
