Kaspersky Anti-Virus

Hello, So i have fast startup enabled in Windows 10 and just noticed today when i turned on the PC that Kaspersky Antivirus didn’t start. By this i mean the KAV icon wasn’t in the taskbar tray. I opened task manager but there was only 1 KAV exe. Normally there 2 just like in this screenshot i attached. Does Windows 10 fast startup mess with Kaspersky Antivirus startup ? I mean is the fast startup too “fast” ? And it doesn’t give Kaspersky Antivirus actually time to startup properly ? It never happened before only this is the 1st time. Please if someone could reply, i’m really stressed out about this.

Hello lately my mobile is being hot sometime and i am worry if it was hacked or my camera has being hacked i tried to follow application permission and didn’t find weird application just one application called Haweui services framework and the strange is it can be uninstalled so i am asking if I want to install purchase kaspersky could it help me to check and detect the hidden app and also if my mobile is hacked or the camera is hacked or it is not enough ?

I use Windows 10, Kaspersky Anti-Virus, and the Firefox browser. For the past week or so, I haven’t been able to access the “https://weather.com” website. I have no idea if that has anything to do with Kaspersky, so that’s what I’m asking. When I try to go to that website (which I normally do first thing, every morning), nothing happens. I'm running windows 7 and have removed all traces of my last antivirus, and checked for other virus's with the kaspersky virus removal tool. The system is completely up to date and has enough free space. Really frustrating as have installed it before on the same OS, is there a problem with the server today or something?

Hi, I recently purchased both Kaspersky Antivirus and Internet Security. The later got installed first and now the Antivirus is not getting installed. It wants to remove Internet Security first to install Antivirus. Is this the right process? If not, can someone guide me to a right procedure please.

Hi there, I just migrated from Norton LifeLock to Kaspersky AV and it seems to be preventing Hue Sync connecting to the bridge. I already reinstalled the app and tried to configure it in all exclusions I could find inside Kaspersky but behavior is erratic. Sometimes it connects to the bridge (but light control does not work). Funny that while doing the initial setup, Hue Sync is able to find the bridge. But after that, most of the time it won't connect. Kaspersky complained of invalid certificates. Although I click on it to allow the connection, things are still not working. I even tried to disable Kaspersky verification of encrypted traffic. Any ideia on how to…

Hello, I have a problem with my kaspersky antivirus. Everytime I install some not 100% secure file, it just automaticaly deletes it without asking or anything, even tho there isnt any virus (Yes I am 110% sure that the file doesnt have any virus in it), so I tried to disable it (Turned off protection then turned off whole kaspersky) but it didnt work, I also have windows defender off. Does anyone have a solution for this? Umm also sorry for grammar I am not from eng speaking country.

Want to install the Kaspersky software from my old computer to a new one. I have already renewed the license and have the activation code thru 5/2022. I didn't see specific instructions on how to do this when you want to move the s/w from one computer to another, so you don't have to pay for a new subscription. When I select download, will there be an opportunity to put in the license# & activation code? How will the software know it's not a new purchase? I will be downloading Kaspersky software into a new Dell Latitude 3420 laptop. Would appreciate your help and advice.

I just purchased a one-year pro license. The price is 55,000 won (50 dollars). But as soon as I made the payment, the Samsung Card security company called me to confirm that I paid 5.5 million won (5,000 dollars) in Kaspersky and blocked it. After that, it was automatically re-paid at 55,000 won. Why did the payment of 5.5 million won occur? In the UI I saw, there was no purchase option except for a year's worth of payment.

When I used Chrome and logged in this site "https://epayment.customs.gov.vn/epaymentportal/login", I could not log in because the warning "security code wrong" although I had entered exactly the security code (of course the user name and password had been entered exactly) The problem doesn't occur when I exit Kaspersky before start Chrome or I use another browser with Kaspersky active. Could you provide information on your application whitelisting process for software vendors? Alternately, we can add exceptions at install time from our (digitally signed/trusted) installer, if you have such an API. Best regards, Scott Smith

As you can see from above, the option to use selective scan on folder/files is gone. Although, i can still manually use selective scan on kaspersky menu. But this is pretty annoying since I have to navigate through the files again and I cant multi select the files i want to scan

The other day I received a message from Kaspersky that a download has been denied . I wanted to know that once the validity of my Kaspersky security is over will the malicious virus attack once again , I mean will it be waiting to attack once again , does anything like that happen ?

Hi, in 2010 I bought a laptop and installed Kaspersky on it, got the code, still working great. But after 10 years of daily use, the laptop is failing, so I got a new one. Can I use the old licence on the new computer? What do I need to do for it?
