  4. Доброго времени суток. Как можно обновить базы в инсталляционном пакете Kaspersky Embedded Systems Security? В контекстном меню KES есть пункт обновить базы, в меню KESS этот пункт отсутствует. После установки KESS на оборудовании приходится устанавливать ещё консоль и вручную запускать обновления. Есть какие-нибудь варианты обновления баз внутри дистрибутива, до установки на конечной точке?
  5. Buenas. Al momento de querer entrar a la pagina www.besco.com.mx kaspesrky detecta un objeto malicioso y bloquea dicha pagina (adjunto la información más abajo). Ya se hablo del tema con los ingenieros donde esta hospedado este dominio, ellos ya realizaron un análisis encontrando malware y procedieron a limpiar, sin embargo kaspersky aun sigue detectando la pagina como infectada(adjunto foto), Nos comentaron que el error persiste por que no se a actualizado la información con Kaspersky se checo el domino con https://opentip.kaspersky.com/www.besco.com.mx/?tab=lookup e indica que se encuentra bien (adjunto foto). Esto pasa para todos nuestros usuarios que tienen instalado el Antivirus. No se logra ver la pagina. Información del evento Gravedad: Crítico Fecha y hora en que la consola recibe el evento: 16/05/2024 11:15 Categoría y descripción del evento: Objeto malicioso detectado Descripción del resultado: Detectados Tipo: Troyano Nombre: HEUR:Trojan.Script.Generic Objeto: https://besco.com.mx Razón: Análisis experto Fecha de lanzamiento de la base de datos: 16/05/2024 09:01:00 a. m.   9. @Schulte, I am pleased to make your acquaintance online. In a previous post in this topic to which @nexon objected, I did cite an expert opinion (link provided, sorry) that a genuine AV is complemented by another class of anti-malware programs. That post also provides a link to a post by an authority on that other product on its own Forums that stipulates it is NOT a genuine AV program. That other product may claim to be, but it is not substantiated by the facts. In this case, I surmise that the other product would not submit to AV-Comparatives Lab testing because their misleading advertising would get clobbered with the impartial fact that it is not capable of providing respectable AV-level protection. There is regrettably a growing consensus among those recognized as having expertise in personal home computer security that a paid AV is superfluous for Windows 10 and 11 home users, provided it is "hardened." You can do a Google search on "harden Windows Defender" to determine the veracity of my comment. Personally, I want maximum protection, not "adequate" AV protection. I do NOT share that opinion, obviously, because I am a new KP client and, before that, always had another recognized AV product. I am happy to keep everyone updated. I just heard back from K-Support today and will report their response to my last email to them in my next post. First, I have to go and look after my dog. Have a great day. Regards, Phil

  12. Thank you for the help @harlan4096 & @Flood and Flood's wife, Well, I must say it's very strange that after I clear not only Adobe but the whole cache/cookie/history, it's still not blocked. But anyway, I'm still very grateful for the assistance of both of you. Maybe it's due to other programs like Adguard or the DNS. As long as it's not a big problem for the firewall itself or other functions, I guess I can stop trying for now. Shall I report this bug to the developers, and how if possible?

  14. Clean up browser adobe cookies/history/cache, close and open the browser and try again... User @Flood and Flood's wifetried it, and it seems blocking is working after doing so...
  15. I change to www.adobe.com. The outcome is as followed: The block history is logged in the Reports-Firewall now, which is different from the previous time (I suppose the Packet rule probably only records the exact URL matching the rule, just my guess though). But I can still visit the website www.adobe.com, maybe it's designed like this?
  16. На самом деле спасибо большое, что пишете, мы все читаем. Нам тоже очень хочется делать больше, но есть ограничения по ресурсам. Пожелания ваши приняли. Точных сроков пока нет, так как очень-очень дорого делать, но свет в конце тоннеля есть. Как альтернатива пока только веб версия.
  17. @Friend Возможно здесь популярен другой AV (eset, bitdefender)... В целом, Касперский популярен в Европе. У них также есть покрытие в Африке во всех странах мира.
  18. @nexon просто нужно больше пользователей из Словакии, то есть вам нужно всем своим друзьям, знакомым при встречи устанавливать продукты Лаборатории Касперкого, тогда возможно в будущем сразу же добавят нужный язык 😉 Отличная новость 🙂
  19. Kaspersky Endpoint Security 12.4.0.467 AES56. Please help! The latest update has blocked my bluetooth connection! I can not disable it as it requires a password which I don't know. I submitted a ticket, but so far nothing has happened. I tried to reverse all settings to defaults, but also does't allow me. Any idea what I should do?

Добрый день, к сожалению, у нас слишком мало пользователей из Словакии, чтобы добавлять его поддержку, так как проблема даже не в том, чтобы разово добавить, а в постоянной поддержке и необходимости перевода всех справок и материалов, а это очень большой объем работы. Добрый день, пока эту доработку откладываем, но про нее помним. Сейчас основной упор делаем на техническую стабильность и скорость работы приложения, так как много нареканий на скорость разблокировки базы.
