Is there a proper way to reinstall the software

Kaspersky Endpoint Security 12.4.0.467 AES56.

Please help! The latest update has blocked my bluetooth connection!

I can not disable it as it requires a password which I don't know.

I submitted a ticket, but so far nothing has happened. I tried to reverse all settings to defaults, but also does't allow me.

Any idea what I should do?

Is your computer a part of corporate organisation? I mean, is it managed by an administration server?
