Bonjour, J'ai utilisé KIS pendant plusieurs années en mode dit "manuel", c'est-à-dire en désactivant l'option "Exécuter automatiquement les actions recommandées" et, régulièrement, je fais le ménage dans les applications via la commande "Administrer les applications". Pour cela, je supprime les applications. De fait, lorsqu'elles sont à nouveaux utilisées et si elles cherchent à se connecter au réseau, j'ai une notification du pare-feu qui m'indique que ces applications souhaitent se connecter au réseau et je peux décider quoi faire (autoriser ou interdire). J'utilise Kaspersky Standard dans les mêmes conditions et tout fonctionne parfaitement bien (PC sous Windows 11). Je viens de désinstaller "proprement" la version 21.16 de Kaspersky standard de façon à installer la version 21.17. Au moment de la désinstallation de la 21.16, j'ai pris soin de cocher l'option qui permet de conserver les paramètres de l'application. A la fin de la désinstallation, je redémarre le PC et j'installe la version 21.17. Une fois la 21.17 installée, tout est ok, à ceci près ... Après quelques heures je remarque que quelque chose ne va pas, car je n'ai plus de notifications du pare-feu. Et là je découvre que le mode "Exécuter automatiquement les actions recommandées" est activée ... Donc gros loupé de Kaspersky car le paramètre de la 21.16 n'a pas été conservé !! Donc, je désactive cette option "Exécuter automatiquement les actions recommandées" et, via la commande "Administrer les applications", je supprime certaines applications, notamment le navigateur "Firefox". Et là ça coince, car quand je démarre Firefox, je n'ai toujours pas de notification du pare-feu et Firefox se connecte pourtant au réseau. En fait, Firefox hérite automatiquement du "feu vert" pour aller sur le réseau et c'est pareil pour toutes les applications que j'ai supprimé. Donc, le fait de décocher "Exécuter automatiquement les actions recommandées" n'est pas pris en compte. Au cas où, je quitte Kaspersky standard et je le redémarre. Mais rien à faire ... je n'ai toujours pas de notification du pare-feu quand une application "nouvellement installée" veut aller sur le réseau. Gros bug .... Du coup, je restaure les paramètres à partir d'une sauvegarde. Et là je retrouve un fonctionnement normal du pare-feu ... Bon ... il faut surveiller car y'a quand même quelque chose qui ne fonctionne pas dans la 21.17.7.539 !! a+

Hello @Rajib, BEFORE contacting support - IF (your) Kaspersky software is v21.3 - follow steps 1 to 10 - IF - AFTER following steps 1 to 10 - the issue with the video persists, then proceed to logging a request with Kaspersky Customer Service - step 11. Upgrade to Kaspersky's new version, the upgrade is free & is like-for-like; read: Kaspersky: Basic, Standard, Plus, Premium - info & FAQ, by Danila T. For the upgrade please follow these steps: Check (your) MyKaspersky account, Subscriptions tab & make sure the *existing* Kaspersky Activation code is saved there? Create a System restore point: How to create a restore point in Windows. Uninstall the existing Kaspersky software -> during the uninstall (you) will be prompted to save data - only select License information, Data Encryption if (you've) created data vaults for storage & Anti-Spam databases if (you've) built such a database. At the end of the uninstall make sure the computer is rebooted. Download the new software from here: https://www.kaspersky.com/downloads#update-product. Install, follow: How to install the application. At the end of the install make sure the application is *signed into* with the same email address that (you) use to sign into (your) MyKaspersky account - so the software, account & license synchronise. Run a Database update. Shutdown the computer using SHUTDOWN not Restart, when the computer if fully OFF - power ON by pressing the power button, login. Recheck the video issue? IF the video issue persists, please log a request with Kaspersky Customer Service, on the support page, https://support.kaspersky.com/b2c#contacts - select either Chat or Email, then fill in the template as shown in the following image; please include any screen images of the error & a *detailed history* Please share the outcome with the Community, when it's available?   5. Такая же проблема 8 компов не получают ключ с сервера администрирования. Трассировка все ОК, по логам диагностики все ОК.

  7. Вот с такими исключениями файл запускается. Добавлен файл на рабочем столе (только не тот, который с именем delete, а изначально запускаемый) и папка программы в ProgramData. Здесь срабатывает МА - блокировка по поведению.

  18. Dear All when I play video in my laptop, play is not continuous-it is intemittently gettings stopped- if I press any key like cntrl-tab then for sometime it is ok and again start flickering. It looks there is some kind of KEY STROKE VIRUS available in my laptop but it is somehow undetectable by Kaspersky.

Она передает этот кэш в общую базу данных создаваемых игроками. Годами всё было нормально. Программа добавлена в исключения, в доверенные. При проверке через контекстное ничего не находит и не удаляет программу. Но стоит запустить, идет переименование в WowheadClient.exe.delete и удаление. В карантин он его не помещает. Приостановка защиты тоже никак не влияет. Замечу других антивирусов не стоит и больше никто "грешить удалением не может"

  23. Nunca había tenido problemas con sus productos de software, siempre fueron mi opción número uno en cuánto protección de integridad de dispositivos contra software malicioso. Pero esta vez, compré VPN Premium para 1 mes. Desde un principio quise cancelar suscripción para evitar cobro automático para la próxima renovación. Me marcaba error, no le dí importancia pero ahora solo tengo 8 días para solucionar ese problema, aún que seguí la guía correspondiente al tipo de número de pedido (Nexway), myaccount solo envía correos de "carrito de compras" pero no un link para la cancelación de suscripción. Solicito su ayuda !

Having said that, (ioo) it's got nothing to do with Kaspersky Parental Control. Kaspersky replaced KPC a long time ago with Kaspersky Safe Kids; $BlockedByParentalControl$, $FalsePositiveWarn$ is not from KSK. Settings, Apps, select Kaspersky, select Notifications, toggle OFF, this blocks notifications from Kaspersky & is not recommended: Settings, Notifications, Advanced settings -> Show app icon in notifications We changed All notifications to Number of notifications only; other options are shown in the One UI 3.1 image below, they're self-explanatory: It's a Samsung issue (not Kaspersky), information available from Samsung or websites like androidcentral. The *advantage* of showing the Kaspersky icon in the Status bar - IF there's an issue the icon will change colour - Yellow or Red; removing the icon will hide the opportunity to see this easily.
