I am constantly getting this message in the title from my Kaspersky VPN. I cleared my browser cache and uninstalled reinstalled the VPN which I saw as a suggestion on your forumbut that is not solving the problem. Help

Hi all. I've installed only KVPN in my computer, but by whatever reason the VPN causes some problems. 1. If activated, I can't access my local "home made NAS" via Explorer, it only works if I establish the connection first and them turn VPN on. I've tried to use the "split tunnel", and sorry if this is not the right name, mine is PT-BR so I'm doing a translation, but even setting explorer to don't use VPN, the problem persist. 2. In my TWITCH steaming, at each 1 minute, I got a "welcome to the chat", after some research, someone suggest that by some reason, VPN is disconnecting and connecting again due to inactivity, and it's right, if people is typing, the message doesn't appear. Sync Thing, a software that makes automatic copies of files from one computer to another, it's not a backup, just synchronization, like the name suggests, can't connect to my "home made NAS" if VPN is on, Sync Thing it's also in the "never connect through VPN". Even the GUI that uses the 127.0.0.1:8384 to show the sync folders and other info, cannot connect. By some reason the damn thing just doesn't work fine like it should. Речь про то, что при запуске установщика 21.3 будет проверена новая версия, затем загружен и запущен новый инсталлер последней версии. Или Вы о том, что новую версию выложили на сайте?) Да, он вроде позже платных продуктов вышел.

он 05.05.2023 сам обновился с 21.3. Почти год прошёл.

У меня нет установщика KFA 21.3, но попробовал с KIS 21.3 - после запуска инсталлятор сразу выгружается. Зато без ключа все нормально ставится. В общем, не очень работоспособный в настоящее ключ.)

Pour répondre à votre question, si j'ai contacté le support... OUI. Cela a été fait même un tout petit peu avant que je pose la question ici. J'ai été tellement déçu de la réponse donnée par un des techniciens que j'ai eu par téléphone, ainsi que sa réponse écrite (10.04.2024) me signifiant que "Kaspersky Password Manager" associé à "Kaspersky Premium" avec une multi-licence, ne pouvait en aucun cas être utilisé par plusieurs personnes possédant leur propre identifiant "PWM". La seule proposition de ce technicien, fut de me rembourser mon achat (par tel et par mail), et de prendre le nombre de licences individuelles et personnelles que de personnes qui sont dans mon groupe familial. Heureusement qu'une heure et quart plus tard, je reçois un simple et bref message, m'informant de la nouvelle procédure à effectuer pour rajouter et lier des comptes My.Kaspersky à l'abonnement multi-licences. J'ai hésité à signaler le manque de connaissance de ce premier agent et la totale incapacité à régler une situation de façon win-win. Merci à vous Berny pour vos réponses et vos précisions. @andrew75 Ну понятно, 21.3 и без ключа спокойно ставится, так что дело не в нем.) На новых версиях не работает.

да. Смысл был в том чтобы установить KFA и привязать его к действующему аккаунту. В новой версии этого сделать нельзя. При установке старой, без этого ключа все равно ставится новая. Поэтому я ставил 21.3, активировал на действующем аккаунте и потом обновлял до новой версии.

Не проверял на новых версиях. На 21.3 несколько месяцев назад работало.

Продукт, предположительно, игнорирует пункт настроек "Откладывать выполнение задач проверки компьютера при высокой нагрузке на ЦП" деактивировал этот пункт настроек, однако похоже продукт это игнорирует - Настроено проводить быструю проверку 4 раза в неделю, просрочил несколько дней проверки - не включал ноут, включил обновил ав базы продукта, запустил вручную полную проверку и стал обновлять яндекс браузер, остановил полную проверку, обновил браузер и заметил что в разделе проверка продукта, быстрая проверка якобы была остановлена менее минуты назад, запустил полную проверку заново, сейчас повторно запустилась быстрая проверка. Трейсы не писал

А поподробнее можно?)

Да, в бета-версии обновление баз пока не работает. Так что пока только записывать образ заново.

все заработало , теперь другая проблема база данных не обновляется , я подключил интернет нажимаю он не обновляется

Кстати, если что, есть ключ -forcelocal
