Ich starte immer wieder mal ein Datenbank-Update von Hand. Das ging bisher immer recht schnell und war in weniger als einer Minute abgeschlossen. Unter Quelle wurde da gerade aktuell folgendes angezeigt: Quelle: https: //s03.upd.kaspersky.com/ Letzte Woche, am Freitag habe ich dann bemerkt, dass sich was geändert hat, die Quelle variierte ständig und es dauerte auch insgesamt mehr als 3 Minuten. Das blieb so bis heute. ( Ich habe diesen Ablauf als MP4-Video aufgenommen, kann das aber leider hier nicht einfügen) Nach dem Update wurde dann auch immer angezeigt, dass die Datenbanken jetzt aktuell sind. Also alles gut. Heute, kurz vor mittag hatte ich dann die Warnmeldung auf dem Schirm, dass die Datenbank seit 10 Tagen nicht aktualisiert wurden. Frage: Was habe ich da in den letzten Tagen aktualisiert? Ich muss betonen, das ich in dieser Zeit an keinen Einstellungen "rumgedreht" habe. Ich war das wirklich nicht, ich schwör'!!! Jetzt war auch wieder die o.g. Quelle da und es lief auch wieder recht zügig, plus dem etwas mehr für die 10 Tage ohne Update. Eine anschließende vollständige Untersuchung hat keine Probleme angezeigt. Trotzdem habe ich ein ungutes Gefühl. War das nur bei mir so? P.S. Ich habe leider erst morgen gegen 11:00 wieder die Gelegenheit hier ins Forum reinzuschauen. asbachuralt

What I find truly incredible is that the Kaspersky Antivirus scan does not work and crashes my computer...while the Kaspersky Virus Removal Tool that you can find here https://support.kaspersky.it/common/uninstall/1464 and that also scans the pc for viruses or malware software works perfectly and does not cause any problems. Similarly, other PC scanning tools such as Norton, F-secure, Eset, etc. do not cause any problems. - Today

Dear All, Are there any videos or tutorials (screenshots) available to learn how to install KSV? Online help doesn't help to get the job done. I also did not find any in partner portal that is helpful. Why are there no videos for Kaspersky Endpoint Security? Kindly help, I am the only one who is facing this issue. How to reach to someone from Kaspersky to let them know about this? -

Thanks for reply. Well..I have already tried both things. The first time, I overwritten the new version of Kaspersky antivirus on the one installed on my PC. The second time, I uninstalled (using the Kaspersky removal tool software) the program installed on the PC...and then I installed again the new version. In both cases, the problem remained the same. A little while ago, I tried to modify the antivirus check (as well as the system memory) and the startup items (see image attached) When I ran a full system scan again, this time it reached over 60,000 files... but then my PC crashed. I noticed that the scan never goes beyond 1%. -

I'm on Windows 10 22H2 and Kaspersky version is Kaspersky Premium 21.22.7.466(c) The error pops up as soon as the laptop starts...at the windows login screen itself. If I add to exclusions it stops. If I then clear the Exclusions list, it reoccurs after a few minutes. Is this a certificate issue? I'm thinking I'll just leave it on the exclusions for now and clear it after a few days to see if it fixes itself. -

It was installed over previous version? Try uninstall the product - reboot OS - install again - recheck the issue. -

Всегда ставлю новую версию начисто. Удалил 21.22 и пошёл ставить 21.23. При установке возникло "установочные файлы повреждены". Ну что ж бывает. Качал несколько раз-и с My Kaspersky и из ссылки в здешнем оголовке. Результат один. Предупреждение-"установочные файлы повреждены". Плюнул и жмакнул "повторить". Установка пошла-но недолго-через пару процентов снова... Снова жмакаю и снова... Короче каждые пару процентов выскакивало предупреждение-это продолжалось до 91%. C 91% не выскакивало. First of all, thank you for your kind reply, Alexeyk. So, as you advised, I tried disabling the system memory scan. The scan started immediately, but it can't get past 1%. It scans about 1000 files and then crashes the computer. I tried repeating the operation a few times, but the result is always the same. Please...see the image below Thanks for your reply. I ran a disk scan, but no damaged sectors were found (see the image below) I really don't know what to do anymore... -

It performs functions assigned to it by developers. Perhaps you have some other notions about functions, but developers still know nothing about them. -

Вы будете делать глобальные выводы на основании одного случая? Я ранее уже сообщал, что как правило запуск через 15 минут, но возможны нюансы, их действительно очень много. Надеюсь, что пара часов томительного ожидания с лихвой окупятся совместимостью новой версии с AdGuard. -

Of course, you can add exclusion. Switch ssl setting to default (upon request). The error appears without launching any apps? What is the full version of your system? -

Все установлено было уже. Вот только сейчас установился без перезагрузки системы. В общем далеко не 15 минут требуется. Видимо на всех системах по разному. У меня считай пару часов прошло. -

That's exactly what I wrote about. This will happen more and more often, because the developers behind browsers are tightening up the certificate system, while antivirus devs happily inject their own certificates, as was done 10-15 years ago, instead of using the original ones, as should be today. Kaspersky has been promising a solution to this problem for a year now, called SuperMITM, and so far all we hear is "soon". It's irritating how antivirus vendors have slept through the last few years and are now waking up because they were forced to solve the problem instead of using a old, cheap workaround. -

It was on the Scan upon request setting so I switched it to Always but the problem persists. Is adding it to exclusions inadvisable? -

Agree, but I certainly won't waste my time on this, because I'd have to analyze the code of every website where Kaspersky is incompatible - and I'm not being paid for that. What's more, this situation occurs on all my computers with Kaspersky installed. And while I know where it's coming from, others don't and simply think "the website isn't working properly," which is obviously not true. At this point, Kaspersky is simply useless in terms of filtering network traffic, because it doesn't do what it's supposed to do and causes problems. This looks very, very bad. At the moment, I have a family license for another 300 days, but I'm starting to consider switching to a competitor. What point is a program that blocks basic functionality? I'm simply tired of "Connection is untrusted" messages. -

You can always add the URL to Scan Encrypted Connections Trusted URL list, but yeah I'm also waiting it to be implemented asap. Meanwhile, I have it enabled manually in my main system with KES 12.10 -

How much longer is this going to take? Promises about SuperMITM implementation are starting to become irritating. More and more websites are problematic due to certificate issues, especially (some) online stores which refuse to work at the time of payment. It's 2025, and browser developers have focused heavily on certificate support in recent years. These are no longer the joyful years of 2010-2020, when many things worked even with invalid signatures. Currently, the only option is to disable Kaspersky, make payments, and enable Kaspersky, which is simply ridiculous. -

Also, perform a ScanDisk of Your main drive C :, try also any tool that can detect physical damaged sectors.
