Вот это Вам повезло - такие развернутые ответы встречается нечасто. Молодцы в поддержке, постарались. Похоже, проблема заключается все-таки по большей части в раздражении от частого наблюдения журнала событий. По-моему, думали Вы как раз иначе - что не сегодня, так завтра ОС как минимум накроется, а то и загнется.

Welcome to Kaspersky Community. If You run a community search of similar cases, You will find the answer, in this section of the forum. You have to manually delete those messages, Kaspersky can't remove those files attached in messages and empty ThunderB trash folder, to prevent You lose the full Thunderbird InBox, once removed those infected messages, go to K. warnings and click Ignore.- 1 reply

Kindly assist. I am battling with malware that Kaspersky Plus cannot disinfect and recommends that I skip for the past one week or so. I suspect this came through an email which I immediately deleted without opening. Cleaned trash, cleaned temporary files, ram malicious removal tool and still no luck. The following message pops up time and again

Um vírus esta criando links nas pastas raiz de meu servidor e ocultando as pastas. Removo os links e mudo o atributa das Pastas Ocultas para não ocultas ... mas logo em seguida fica tudo oculto novamente e o link recriados. O karpeskay não encontrou nenhum vírus, como resolver?

I also have a problem opening my own website which was alleged carrying a certificate mismatch to its own name, but I could not find which certificate authority to correct. It always happened like no matter what I tried to do. this website name is harmonybuddhism.org. I tried to open it from all the browsers on other devices and found it working OK. I checked with Kaspersky help desk who said they don't know what has been the cause. For another problem, a pop message always started when I turned on my computer, with Kaspersky on, that said "failed to initialize the Microsoft . NET Framework. Please reinstall it", and I have tried to reinstall it many times, but to no avail, even though the methods of reinstalling it are recommended by reliable sources. Can Kaspersky help desk have any suggestion to help me deal with the two above problems which persist. Kind regards Bett

Здравствуйте, решил проверить в очередной раз свой пк программой Hitmanpro и он обнаружил два подозрительных файла - soda.dll и widevinecdm.dll которые находятся по пути Kaspersky Lab > SafeBrowser. Так вот вопрос - что это за файлы и могут ли они быть использованы для перехвата данных карточки/паролей в этом самом защищенном браузере? Заранее спасибо за ответы. P.S HitmanPro в описание этих файлов пишет - The file is completely hidden from view and most antivirus products. It may belong to a rootkit. У файла widevinecdm.dll указан publisher Google LLC -

Harlan4096, boa tarde. Tudo bem? Para solucionar o problema do Antônio Pedro, você removeu a url da lista de bloqueio. Ocorre que tenho vários sites e eles também são considerados pela Kaspersky como inseguros pelos mesmos motivos do Antônio Pedro. E até mesmo por isso, alguns dos meus sites têm sido considerados como "site comprometido" pelo Google. Então, por favor, como posso ajustar meus sites para que eles não sejam considerados como inseguros pela Kasperky? Ou seja, qual a sugestão que a Kaspersky pode me dar para que meu site não tenha mais risco de "ameaça de perda de dados"? Pergunto isso, porque aqui na minha máquina, posso até colocar como falso positivo, mas acontece que nas máquinas dos usuários, nem sempre eles colocam como exceção e até mesmo por isso, o Google acaba entendendo como "site comprometido" pela possível perda de informações. Consegue me ajudar nesse aspecto me dando a solução de ajuste no meu site? Antônio, olá. Estou com a mesma situação. E na verdade, queria encontrar uma solução para ajustar o meu site para que essa situação não se repetisse. -
@tistou77 Vous êtes le bienvenu. Votre configuration est identique à la mienne. Pour être honnête lorsque le CPU tombe à zero après démarrage je lance une MAJ manuelle … ancienne habitude. Une MAJ après démarrage devrait tjrs se lancer après 3 minutes.

IF the Chrome 'broken' Kaspersky URL icons issue persists, please do the following: Reset settings -> chrome://settings/reset Exit Chrome Kaspersky - Export Settings (Configuration), read: How to export settings Kaspersky - Restore Settings to default; read: How to restore the default settings of the application. *Don't import settings/configuration at this stage* Shutdown/Restart the computer. Login. Start Chrome. Check Chrome 'broken' Kaspersky URL icons - IF the issue persists continue on with step 9. Via Windows - add & remove programmes -> *uninstall* Kaspersky. Shutdown/Restart the computer. Login. Download a *new* Kaspersky installer: https://www.kaspersky.com/downloads#update-product Install Kaspersky. Shutdown/Restart the computer. Login. Start Chrome.
