No puedo sincronizar Kaspersky Password Manager desde Windows

Acabo de exportar una copia de seguridad, he desinstalado, reiniciado el ordenador e instalado la última versión de KPM. Me reconoce la cuenta, la licencia e incluso sin importar el almacén ya me lo está reconociendo. PERO sigue sin funcionar la opción de sincronizar el almacén para que se muestre el mismo en el teléfono y en el ordenador. Desisto. Manualmente aprovecharé para comparar los dos almacenes y hacer limpieza de contraseñas inútiles en ambos almacenes. Los trataré como si fuesen dos almacenes diferentes y sin problema. Años atrás si que sincronizaban y por eso la diferencia es mínima. Pero algunos cambios realizados con el teléfono no se han actualizado en el ordenador (que lo enciendo pocas veces a la semana). Si alguien con el mismo problema deja alguna solución más adelante en este hilo, iré entrando para revisar. Gracias!! -

Es la opción que me falta por probar. Tengo que mirar como salvar todas las contraseñas y desinstalar y volver a instalar. En teoría la base de datos del ordenador y del teléfono deberían ser iguales. Revisaré como guardar todo y desinstalar. En unos días te comento si se ha solucionado. Muchas gracias. -

Ja die ellenlange Liste vom Support für nicht versierte Nutzer viel zu umständlich. VPN ist auf Android bei mir nicht mehr zu nutzen und da bin ich nicht der einzige damit. Lösung oder Abhilfe bis heute keine von KL Spezialisten. -

Es extraño el comportamiento ¿Has probado a desinstalar el KPM y volver a instalar? Siempre haciendo previamente una copia de la base de datos de las contraseñas. -

Hello, after several remote assistance sessions with Kaspersky support, the issue has finally been identified. It turned out that, after an update and for no apparent reason, the program started running in Windows 8 compatibility mode, even though this option was not enabled in the settings. Siempre la tengo activada en el ordenador y en el teléfono móvil. Justamente esta mañana se ha actualizado un módulo de KPM. He desactivado la VPN y no sincroniza. El fallo sigue existiendo. -

I used the qualifier "may" specifically to indicate uncertainty, and thank you for the clarification of your role. In the absence of sufficient information speculation is all that remains. As I clearly stated in my initial post I am a Kaspersky loyalist having used their products for nearly a decade, my reply to Kaspersky employee Mikhail Shakhov specifically states that I "appreciate the difficulties involved in such a complex integration" and that my trust in Kaspersky's products has not changed. Hi, I have KSC 15 in my workplace. I have been using KES4B Advanced license so far. Now our SOC team needs EDR (or XDR) capabilities. In case I purchase a new NEXT EDR or XDR license, is there another dedicated management console or it will be part of KSC? Thanks

So its important to try that, and if the situation hasn't improved either lodge or update a support ticket, this will help Kaspersky further diagnose the issues and how widespread they are. The absence of any contribution or explanation by this forum's moderators on many of the threads concerning this issue is telling. It may indicate that a strict "no comment" directive from legal and PR has been applied to what can be described as follows: "A Severity 1 (SEV-1) incident: a global service degradation lasting more than 4 hours , triggering company-wide emergency protocols." Normally an outage affecting connectivity for a majority of users would be expected to be resolved within 24-48 hours. Just how widespread this is issue is unknown but given that the update applies to all platforms and subscription types it is likely to be extensive, and silence can be a form of damage control. There must be a fundamental incompatibility between Kaspersky's software and PureVPN's infrastructure that requires a major re-engineering effort to fix. Temporary use of one of the many free VPNs is a good option to have a break from the stress of dealing with this. I wish I could be of more help, just know that you are definitely not alone.- 15 replies
