Der PC ist nicht ständig an und die Internetverbindung schalte ich extra und dann manuell nur bei Bedarf dazu. Übrigens, wenn ich mich hier im Forum anmelde, bekomme ich immer folgende Mail: Es ist aber immer der selbe PC. Das Bild mit Versionsnummer ist weg, deshalb hier noch mal: -

Mir ist gerade noch eine Zusatzfrage eingefallen: Fährst Du den Rechner normalerweise immer herunter und startest ihn am nächten Tag neu oder versetzt Du ihn nur in einen Ruhezustand (z. B. bei einem Notebook durch Zuklappen des Bildschirms)?

Danke. Es ist im Moment alles i.O. . Also eilt es auch nicht. Die Sache hat mich nur etwas verunsichert. -
... dann muss wohl eine neue Idee her. Im Moment ist ja alles in Ordnung, ich werde mich trotzdem mal umhören. Kann aber dauern, wir haben ja keinen Zugriff auf Logs.

Ti ringrazio per la ridposta. Credimi...ci sto davvero perdendo la testa :- in pratica ho fatto tutto ciò che era nelle mie possibilitalà (e conoscenze) Per prima cosa ho sovrainstallato la versione più recente di Kaspersky Antivirus...alla mia che era invece precedente. Risultato...nessuno. Allora ho disinstallato Kaspersky con l'apposito tool..spento il pc e riavviato prima di installare la versione più recente. Nessun risultato. Provato a fare lo Scannow..da riga di comando ed il test della ram...computer perfetto. Provato anche un altro software di Kaspersky che va a controllare eventuali incompatibilità con l'antivirus ed altri programmi...ma niente da fare. La scansione "veloce" parte e viene eseguita senza problemi...quando invece lancio quella "completa" questa si avvia ma non va mai oltre l'1%...e dopo qualche minuto manda in crash il pc il quale rimane con il display acceso ma bloccato...solo il puntatore del mouse continua a funznionare restando però inattivo sulle eventuali finestre rimaste aperte. Dimenticavo....fatti anche tutti gli aggiornamenti dei driver delle varie periferiche..e di tutti i software installati sulla macchina. P.S. Se eseguo una scansione completa con il tool Kaspersky Virus Removal...nessun problema..il programma parte ed arriva tranquillamente sino alla fine. Mah...chissà davvero che cosa sará che da luogo a quest'inconveniente.. Vedremo gli sviluppi nei prossimi giorni. Una buona serata -

Bonjour Barth, Il ne faut pas écouter "votre fournisseur". Ce n'est pas dangereux et vous ne prenez aucun risque. Il veux juste écouler des stocks d'autres antivirus invendables. Il y a d'autres partenaires officiels et agrées que vendent Kaspersky en bonne et due forme. Je peux vous donner une adresse agrée Kaspersky par le mail du forum. Je ne veux pas faire de la publicité gratuite. Sinon, pourquoi vous n'achetez pas directement dans la boutique Kaspersky ? -

Bonjour, Chez moi il n'y a pas du tout cela. Pourtant je me suis bien loguée a My Kaspersky pour rentrer le code de réservation. Avec les anciens Kaspersky jamais eu ce problème et pourtant je l'utilise depuis 2009.C'est bien la première fois que je perd mon latin devant KIS. Donc j'ai vu passer des versions.Je vais voir si le support m'a répondu. Je vous tiens au courant. Merci

Hallo @asbachuralt, kannst Du bitte mal prüfen, welche Version bei Dir aktuell läuft? Sie wird Dir angezeigt, wenn Du im Hauptfenster unten links auf das Headset-Symbol klickst. Ist es die 21.22.XXX oder schon die 21.23.XXX? Mein Verdacht ist, dass Du bereits die MR23 erhalten hast. Da ist nach der (automatischen) Installation ein Update notwendig, das erst 15 Minuten nach der Installation automatisch erfolgt.

There is other older threads about this but I don't want to necro them. My Thunderbird can't send email. It receives email fine. The internet says it could be antivirus. This "trusted" thing is confusing. Of course I don't trust any web address but I need it to work. I'm not sure what is meant by "trusted". Will Kaspersky just ignore it? How can I make it not block the connection but also make sure nothing shady is happening? I have gmail, proton and outlook accounts in Thunderbird. Their "domains" all look very common to me, so if I "trust their address" isn't that a major vulnerability? (Especially outlook, which looks to be a very common outgoing port.) And is it trusting both outgoing and incoming traffic? (Outgoing is a lot more likely to be safe than incoming). I'm also confused as to adding to the exclusion: "A list of websites". This is the same thing as an SMTP outgoing port? Anytime I try to send email Thunderbird just sits there not working or else "The SMTP has failed" and I can't send email. I have no idea what to do. -
Скорее всего вы правы. Я бы попробовал установить прошлую версию через apk на резервном устройстве, предварительно сделав на нем новую запись. Посмотреть результат. Если хранилище не сбросится и не сбойнет от наличия ключей доступа, то хорошо. Либо же просто дождался фикса.

Ok good thanks. I found in there all the exceptions I made for it in the past and they might have all been disabled. Maybe I just didn't save the settings or something. The manual doesn't specify for folders if I need to add a star after the slash. Do you know? Example D:\ or D:\* -
