    Gracias por su mensaje. No olvide atender las indicaciones del moderador @Caos, en relación a la continuidad del caso desde Kaspersky Company Account. Por si acaso, por favor asegúrese que en las propiedades del Servidor de Administración, sección "Licencias", la licencia de Kaspersky Security Center está activada. En su pack de licencias contenidas en el archivo zip que seguramente recibió tras la compra del producto, debe haber unos archivos llave (.key) unos archivos de texto (lista de compatibilidad y código de activación) y un archivo PDF (el contrato de licencia). Use el archivo de texto "lista de compatibilidad" para que encuentre la llave correspondiente a Kaspersky Security Center. Una vez la agregue, todas las funcionalidades de administración avanzada, incluyendo la gestión de parches, debería funcionar sin problema. Si con esto resuelve su problema, por favor no olvide actualizar el resultado en el caso iniciado en Company Account.

  10. Я купил подписку на 1 год для 5 устройств Kaspersky Secure Connection, ключ для активации мне не предоставили. Бот пишет что типа сам ключь Касперского должен работать, но нифига это не работает Что делать?
  11. Приложение публичное? Коммерческое, тайное? Можно узнать его наименование? Ну, это стандартный функционал msiexec; Можно. Создаете *.cmd-сценарий с командой для удаления, после формируете инсталляционный пакет с этим сценарием и распространяете его на клиенты; Для начала бы узнать, о каком ПО идёт речь, а там возможно и ответ появится.

A kaspersky continua a manter atualizado algum antivírus gratuito para uso pessoal sem ser em regime experimental por 30 dias? O teclado virtual funciona mesmo na versão gratuita caso ela continue a existir? Caso exista será que me podem disponibilizar o link para descarregar?
  14. Hello everyone , There is an option to purchase two separate licenses (the same type of license) ? We want to puchase a subscription for protecting virtual infrastructure 30 processors (cpu) with 5 years and purchase after 3 months a subscription for adding 20 processors with 4 years . Which means the two separates licenses are active the same time . This is because we will note install the whole virtual infrastructure one shot . The two licenses don't have the same duration of support . Thanks for sharing your ideas with me as usual 😊 Regards

  16. @fabiodanzetta Some more info. "Corrupted" - this happens sometimes (rarely) when scanning archives. Previously, this was the case with the Edge installer archives. It's all right, don't pay attention.

If not yet done please submit your Forum Topic URL in your next INC ticket. Also Please let us know the verdict ? 2) Anyway a second Qualys SSL Labs Test is on my side still reporting the same verdict 🤔 2) My Kaspersky report is as well pointing to a certificate issue 🤔 3) The site information on Firefox is also notifying : "Connection verified by a certificate issuer that is not recognized by Mozilla " 🤔
  19. Research on Alienvault suggests that this domain has also been used to spread malware in the past, at least until more than two years ago. At the same time, however, Alienvault has now whitelisted it, as it is believed to be part of Google's CDN infrastructure and therefore used to distribute content, software updates, etc. to its users. Could this be the reason? Perhaps it could be. At this point, I think only a direct Kaspersky employee from the technical testing/development group can clarify this .

The quickest was for that to happen is to submit a case via Kaspersky's Customer Service Team: https://support.kaspersky.com/b2c#contacts -> -> select Email, then fill in the template as shown, select (your) Kaspersky application from the drop-down-list (A); include a *detailed history*: ***Also - as FYI - don't be surprised - in the first instance - IF Kaspersky approach the issue as IF the problem is on (YOUR) side.
