IF that's *true* why doesn't the Reddit age restriction show when any *other* VPN service is used, why is the issue only appearing when a Kaspersky VPN is used?   14. День добрый! Да с правами все норм, на сколько я понял читая логи, kesl устанавливается, но возможно не запускается скрипт первоначальной инициализации, не пойму в чем причина, и почему выпадает именно в такую ошибку

  17. Hello thanks for the reply. 3. After I sent logs they requested, They suggested to me to connect to other server to troubleshoot and I did that, and report that the same issue still happens. In which, support reply "This is not that the user couldn't access the website. That means that we need to verify his age to continue using this website. VPN will not help to access the website without confirming his age". After receiving this I reply back with step by step to replicate the issue complete with what happens if connected with other VPN and I include the why-is-Reddit-asking-for-my-age article. Towards this reply, support answer that "We've confirmed that our VPN service does not have an age verification feature. It seems the website you're visiting might be incorrectly detecting your IP address and mistakenly asking for age confirmation. The issue is on the site side. We recommend contacting the website's support team for more help with this issue". And at this point I just reply with link to this forum thread, pointing that its just not me who have this problem. 4. I do not have important data on my deleted user forum. Thanks for replying.
  18. Olá, comunidade e equipe da Kaspersky! Me chamo Henrique, sou um assinante fiel do plano Kaspersky Premium, e uso o VPN Secure Connection há algum tempo para garantir minha privacidade online. O produto é ótimo em muitos aspectos, mas venho enfrentando uma limitação que afeta minha usabilidade: a falta de suporte nativo para tunelamento IPv6. Atualmente, quando a VPN está ativa, o tráfego IPv6 é bloqueado, o que impede o uso em redes que dependem desse protocolo. Isso é problemático para mim, pois utilizo IPv6 para aplicações que beneficiam de conexões diretas e de alta performance, como videochamadas colaborativas, acesso remoto seguro a dispositivos e serviços que exploram as vantagens do IPv6 sobre o IPv4 (como evitar restrições de NAT e port forwarding, resultando em latência menor e conectividade mais confiável em ambientes modernos). Como assinante Premium, esperava que o VPN estivesse alinhado com as tendências atuais, onde o IPv6 está se tornando padrão em muitas redes e provedores. Muitos concorrentes já oferecem suporte completo a IPv6, tunelando o tráfego de forma segura. Gostaria de sugerir à equipe de desenvolvimento que priorize essa implementação em atualizações futuras, o que tornaria o produto ainda mais robusto e atraente para usuários avançados. Alguém mais na comunidade enfrenta o mesmo problema? E à equipe da Kaspersky: há planos para adicionar esse recurso? Agradeço qualquer feedback ou atualização! Obrigado! Henrique

    Tengo la misma duda, pero veo que de nada sirve solicitar ayuda... He llamado y me he puesto en contacto por Chat pero no tienen horarios laborales en Mexico, quieren que uno como cliente se levante a las 4 am para que nos atiendan... que mal servicio...

  23. Good afternoon, I’m having an issue logging in with new user accounts after encrypting notebooks. Since the users are rotated, there’s always a new login from Active Directory accounts. However, I have to log in first with a local user, then log off and log in with the new AD user, and only after about three attempts does the encryption console work. I did some research in a few forums, and they mentioned it might be related to synchronization with the Admin Center. Could you provide some guidance on how to make this work more efficiently?

  25. Я не думаю, а знаю совершенно твердо, что если еще и установку внешних накопителей заблокировать, да локальную сеть -то никакого не нужно. Но вот автор темы про сеть и флешки с CD-дисками ничего не написал.

  27. Hi, Ich benutze Windows 11 24H2 Build 26100.4946. Hat es nicht früher ein Ticket System beim KL Support gegeben? Ich werde mal den KL Support schreiben und mal schauen was so zurückkommt. Zur Info: Das mit der Indizierung löschen und neu erstellen habe ich trotzdem gemacht.
