Ich kann Dich gut verstehen da ich selber betroffen bin und eine Menge an Zeit& Daten eingesetzt hab. Kaspersky hat sich mit dem Wechsel des VPN Anbieter keinen Gefallen getan. Info: Der Support hat eine Bugnummer erstellt für Android/Windows Nr:9258776. Wann es eine Lösung gibt habe ich nicht erfahren. -

Problema risolto Ho provato a fare da hotspot con il telefono al posto di usare il LAN ed é funzionato al primo tentativo. -

Ok problem solved. I swapped connection ad used my phone's hotspot to try again and worked 1st try. I guess the problem is some setting in my internet or something. -

Come da titolo, non riesco a connettermi ai server e non capisco perché. Oggi ho fatto un nuovo abbonamento, sempre alla versione premium, ho provato a cambiare il mio abbonamento (che fino a poco fa era in scadenza, mentre ora é scaduto) e passare da quello vecchio a quello nuovo appena fatto; ma visto che continuava ad uscire "impossibile stabilire connessione al server" dopo aver provato per un po' ho pensato che disinstallare e reinstallare l'applicazione avrebbe potuto aiutare. Ora invece mi ritrovo con l'applicazione principale che non mi permette di loggare, e di conseguenza non posso usare l'app. Le app di Password manager e VPN funzionano senza problemi e sono passate in automatico da quello vecchio a quello nuovo. Come risolvo sto problema? Come mi connetto? (Si internet funziona e no non ho una vpn attiva attualmente) -

I have activated today a new subscription for kaspersky premium, I have tryed to swap from my old one to the new sub, but at the time (few hours ago) I wasn't able to connect, so I tryed uninstalling and installing again the kaspersky app from my pc; now I find myself unable to log in as after a few seconds of loading it says "Impossible to connect to servers". Password manager and vpn apps work just fine, the subscription changed to the new one, and I didn't uninstall them; only "kaspersky premium" app is giving me problems. How can I fix this? Is there something I can do or do I just spam the "retry" button until eventually it does connect? -

Not sure if (you're) referring to OpenVPN - IF yes, the option is no longer available due to the transition of vpn from Pango to PureVPN, the option *may* be made available again in the future -> as per Kaspersky's Danila T. -> due to the 'infrastructure-change' (i.e. Kaspersky is transitioning from Pango to PureVPN) -> there's been: A consolidation of VPN servers from ~105 to ~85, most common servers will remain. The router feature - OpenVPN, protocol selection and dual VPN options will disappear = no longer be available, at this time. Kaspersky are committed to continuing to expand coverage and add new features in upcoming updates. Hello @Rhi, Welcome! Which Kaspersky version is installed -> on Windows Taskbar, *hidden-icons*, right-click the Kaspersky icon, select About, post back what's shown in the About window? Select the file / folders - select *add to exclusions* option - (bottom right-hand-corner) of the Performance > Duplicates window - that's *after* the Duplicate scan, obviously - IF (you're) seeking a way to filter *before* the Duplicate scan unfortunately there's no such option. upd: Проблема полностью решается, если в настройках сети отключить настройки "Внедрять в трафик скрипт взаимодействия с веб-страницами" и "Не проверять защищенные соединения. " -

Wanted to know if there was a way to add folders/files to exclusions so they aren't picked up in the duplicate scan? It's a bit tedious to have to pick through the duplicated files I don't want to remove to find the ones I do
