  1. I went to Kaspersky Customer Service and had them control computer and they did a remove and reinstall and it worked, they said the ones I reinstalled may have been contaminated.
  2. My password manager says extension is enabled in Opera, but I can not find the KTS or the PW manager extensions in Opera. And I got a notice about new extension for Opera. How do I download these into Opera?

Windows 11 version22H2 (OS Build 22621.2715) /all updates have been successful / Kaspersky Total Security 21.3.10.391 (k) works in Edge / all web sites fail to populate in firefox have just set up laptop and can not remember if I used it yet should I still do clean install if working in edge ? 5 web sites; Pocket, Harbor Freight, allmetalshaping.com, chruncyroll.com, officedepot.com all work in edge ,but not firefox
  4. I have removed and reinstalled K Password manager, and turned off auto-save and auto fill in firefox . The password manager will not populate the username and password boxes. Everything being the same , it works on my desktop ,but not laptop. What is a clean install of KPM ?
  5. By accident I right clicked address bar and it allowed me to reload page for update and it allowed me to get it to work. Although the password manager still won't work in firefox even after making changes in firefox security. I have the latest version of firefox.

  7. How did you solve it? Having the same problem Followed FLOOD”S advice from prior day with the leading comment below. If you wish you can manually add Kaspersky Lab root certificate to the Mozilla Firefox or Thunderbird certificate storage, there’s some export steps missing, follow my images:

  9. put “Kaspersky Anti-Virus Personal Root Certificate” into export wizard where is the option to select path?
  10. Went to input “Kaspersky Anti-Virus Personal Root Certificate” into export wizard and got pop up that said “Windows cannot find the specified path”.

If “yes”, please unselect, retest issue? Yes this works, I was momentarily confused with KTS for a moment, was this set on recent update or is this a problem from latest update?

  14. Browser is not set for full screen, This does not work, only getting partial screen. Firefox screenshot, I can not operate it fast enough.
