Kaspersky Password Manager

on my iphone 16 plus, running ios 18.3.2. When I try to logon to an APP account there is a symbol of a key and the word PASSWORDS, mid screen. I tap that and it looks like it is going to kaspersky password manager that I have on my phone. But it doesn't have the credentials for the APP I am trying to login to, even though it is there when I look at the database in the kaspersky password manager APP. There is an option to show database and the entries are not like what is in the kaspersky password manager APP on the same phone. Is there a setting I am missing?

Synchronization with Kaspersky password does not work either, it also indicates that a connection is impossible. Probably the servers... ?

Hi, I tried to open my Password Manager yesterday and it states "We enhanced your data security. Decrypting your vault may take a little longer" .. I wasn't expecting it to take more than 24 hours! So .. at the moment, I can't access any of my passwords. Can anyone help?

So, I went to the site to change the main password and it wouldn't leave the page, it just froze there, it wasn't a problem with my net. now I'm trying to access the vault, I can't even change the main password, which is the same, or make the backup through the windows app. the question is? backing up to create a new vault? will it restore the authenticator codes too? or just the passwords? take a look at the images ...

Hello, As you all know kaspersky is not allowed in the US anymore. After using kaspersky password manager for years, I am now looking for other options. When i export my password from the desktop version of password manager, it only lets me export 5 passwords available in the free version. I have more than 500 passwords and need to export all of them. I have tried so many ways but its always those 5 passwords in the free version. Is there any way I can export all of my passwords in the CSV format? Or am i doomed? Thank you all .

Sign into Kaspersky password app on a new device. Accidently logged in via Google instead of using email. Kaspersky asked me if I wanted to merge data I selected yes. When I finally return to my original account all my passwords and saved data was gone. Please help.

Anyone have tips on converting the Kaspersky password text file export into CSV format? I'm annoyed as F*ck that I have to do this because Kaspersky is being forced to leave the US market. I've got hundreds of passwords. I've decided upon a replacement password program, and they have a support document describing how to migrate Kaspersky passwords, but their import requires CSV format. It's going to be quite a slog since Kaspersky doesn't export in a delimited format. Anyone have tips on how to convert using, for example, Excel? Also, until I complete the conversion having all my passwords in a file in plain text is f*cking dangerous as hell. Thanks.

i have always had Kaspersky Password Manager and have 270 passwords. Apparently all my subscriptions were either canceled or expired although when I click on Kaspersky Internet Security it says it is still active. When I go to my Password Manager it says I can only have 5 and if I want all of mine I have to subscribe. Well now, that appears to impossible in the US so how do I access all of my passwords if I can't subscribe or upgrade??? Since I reloaded windows 10 on my computer the Kaspersky Password icon does not appear on the right of the login screen when I login to a website. It also don't popup and ask to save the login credentials when I create a new login or change a password. How do I get that to work as it did on my previous windows installation.
