Basically go to passwords then click the … to edit one and it crashes, Kaspersky password version OS Info

It will be great if you add the 2 factor Authentification to the mobil and desktop, since the main password is very important, i would feel safer if it also use another authentificator like Google or send a code to the email or SMS, this can be optional.

Hi Folks, i have a problem with Kaspersky Password Manager and some logins Web pages. I get that it does not detect the User and password fields so i cannot create for those pages. Is there any trick to create it?. I have tried to create it manually but when i go to logon i do not see the keys symbol in the User and Password fields. Please how to do? Thanks Enzo

Is it possible to share secure items stored within Kaspersky Password Manager, like passwords, secure notes or files, with other users?

I know Android “white listed” apps are not supposed to die in the background. However, on my phone anyway, many many do anyways. After an update in recent months, Kaspersky Password Manager now stays ACTIVE until the phone restarts. You can see this on the drop-down status bar, I’m sure many have seen this already. Hi, when I export my data from LastPass it can only be exported in HTML format. Kaspersky can only import in csv format? Can you suggestion please how I can transfer my data from LastPass to Kaspersky?

So whilst browsing Testermans.co.uk I noticed the prices were hugely inflated. With KPM enabled in Firefox and Edge prices are crazy and simply disabling the addon reverts them to normal. I have tried clearing the cache etc and reinstalling the addon but it persists? Would like to get to the bottom of this! I tried contacting the website developers but they could not recreate the fault and seems to think it’s a local issue. I have a lot of passwords, and many are reused. I want to clean this up, but I am finding that I already cleaned up a number of them, but even with refreshing, Password Manager still shows them with the old (leaked) password. Some of these were changed quite a while ago. Because there are so many, I don’t want to have to keep going through and figuring out manually which risks are valid and which aren’t. What can I do to make Password Manager report only on current passwords? Thank you.

So this is about the password manager icon or I think the icon I’m seeing is that. When I installed the Kaspersky security cloud application I never saw it, fast forward a few months when I went to sign into the app I use for email as I was typing in my password the key icon came up next to where I type in password and like shakes side to side and I was unsure as to why that came up. Recently purchased PW Manager. I forgot my master password and have, several times, tried to follow procedure without success. Each time I try I cannot complete either because I cannot retrieve vault. My renew request states “incorrect password”. After many years with KIS I regret that, unless I can resolve, I may either change provider or accept purchase loss for PM.

How can I fix this error? It always appears at the start of windows. Thanks

This has been around since the beginning of KPM, simply put, if you search for an entry in KPM, open an entry, edit it, and then save it, KPM will “refresh” and then you have to search for it again if you wish to view it or click on another entry in the search results. If you’re like me, I often search for, lets say, a password entry, then I open it, make a small edit to it and then I press save. Then I would LIKE to click on either the same entry or another entry that also showed up in the search results, but the annoying thing is, I have to search for it again because it “refreshes” each time you save an entry. Hello kaspersky May i give some idea that i get from other password extension 1.Pls seperate the PM application and PM extension 2.Pls lock the extension after closing the browser Benefits: -We dont need to put another password to open the PM after opening it(if turning on the Autolock) -We can easily turn off the PM without forgetting to do it (because it always happend to me :)) -Save,Fast And Safety 😉 but if this thing not applicable. its ok Sorry if my english bad Thank you very much,if you read this.

When I go to a new website and login password manager asks to save password, I say yes but it’s giving me the error message - Entry not saved, no login was specified. See screenshot.

I am logged as you can see on the taskbar but extension is greyed out (See screenshot) Also when i try log in via extension in browser it gives me Incorrect master password but is correct (see screenshot). Do I have to log in to KPM to use my passwords each time I need to log into a secure website?

Hello community, May I know if the KPM license included in Kaspersky total security is also valid for mobile devices? For example I have a total security license which includes KPM license. Hi, I have bought a Kaspersky Total Security Subscription. It shows that I am eligible for free premium subscription of Kaspersky Password Manager through kinguin. But when i install the application it says i have the free version of it 😡. Same thing goes on for android and Mac. But it shows me that i have premium subscription of it. Please Help!!!!
