I've used KIS since about 2014. I assume it's doing a great job, but renewal is usually very messy. This year no different. My KIS 2018 expires this week. I have tried to block "automatic renewal" because I don't want the three-device version (I bought KIS for three devices in 2017 for €39.99, now it costs €93.95). So, I tried to block "automatic renewal" by writing to technical support and got an email saying the license would not be renewed. But when I go to my Kapersky page (the Italian version) I get the this: I says that my license will NOT be automatically renewed but it also says that my license IS being renewed. Hello. I have a MacBook Pro with macOS Mojave and I've been having troubles when I want to connect to a Starbucks's public network. I think is because Karspersky is blocking the Pop up window connection. The first time, I tried deleting the network and connecting again but it wasn't works, so I had to leave. I uninstalled Kaspersky and I come back few days after and I could connect. But today I went to another Starbucks with Kaspersky installed and it happened again. I uninstalled the app and erased the cache but it didn't still working. What Can I do? I bought a licensece because I like the app but I don't like that I can't works in publics spaces like Starbucks.

Hi, I have trouble installing KIS 2019. 3 days ago, my PC was running KIS 2019, it worked fine for 1-2 weeks (after a fresh install), 2 days ago, it suddenly can't update and then it stopped running (tray icon went greyed out), and restarting Kaspersky would resulting KIS being stuck in the splash screen loading bar. Hello. I have 2 PCs in my house, one is mine and one mum's. She caught some kind of adware and while googling advice how to deal with it, my own Kaspersky blocked a dangerous java script. It was weird because it happened on google search page. That script came from domain "fairlotto". To be safe I added it to my router's url keyword blocker. This is where it gets weird. I am running Kaspersky Internet Security 19.0.0.1088(f) on Windows 10 Home x64 Build 17134 (which is fully up to date with all updates). KIS has 351 days of license left (I recently renewed). On a daily basis the auto update fails at some point and it is always a failure to update KLAVA (whatever that is!). Hello all. I want to buy KIS but I want to know if KIS will use my current windows firewall rules after installing or bypass/delete/ignore them? This is so important for me cause I have so many shady exes in my computer that I blocked their access to internet by windows firewall. If KIS deletes or ignores them, is there a way to copy them into KIS's internet ruleset?

Hi, I am using win10 and was updating to 1903 just now. At 91% kaspersky notification popped up, saying an installer was trying to change my default browser to iexplore.exe. I could choose to allow once, always allow, or always refuse. I currently use google chrome as default browser. There is a missing option here. Where is the refuse once option? I need the refuse Once option. I can't ignore the notification, can't shut it down, and the update can't continue without making a decision. This is a mistake from Kaspersky. Please fix it.

After an initial three years of Kaspersky Security (when I am available), I am sold on this bright and early ritual. If I take this Hewlett Packard to the local Best Buy (technical device store) should I have any problem buying another three years at the market rate? HI all, look basically I downloaded Rome Total War: Barbarian Invasion on my smartphone. It's asked me to install/update Play Games which I did. Having played it for 20min I left the game and returned later. Now for some reason when I open the game it tries to connect to the Play Games app and my google account but it just get's stuck. I seem unable to find anywhere in the app where I give the game an exception or something. Am I barking up the wrong tree? Any advice on this? Thanks you

Hi, Sending/receiving emails from my e-mail client ( EMClient) is no prpblem unless the file being sent is >500MB... Eg 1-5GB. What happens is that the e-mail stays in the Outbox..forever. The e-mail is however in reality is received by the recipient as expected but I the sender still see it sitting in the OUTBOX indefinitely. E-mail server can handle e-mail attachents to 20GB. E-mail client settings are all correct. Internet provider confirms POP & SMPT settings are correct. *** But when Kaspersky is paused for 5' the e-maiil & its attachment of >5MB atachment goes immediately. :D :D Is there somewhere in Kasperky settings that this can be tweeked?? The license for my KIS 2018 had expired and so I went online and bought a license for 3 devices for 1 year. Now should I download the setup and run it and make a new installation or should I just enter the new activation code into the already installed KIS 2018 running with limited functionality.

Hello -Question- When i search through a file (.exe) using Kaspersky Internet Security it finds a file that it considers a threat. C:\Users\Me\Downloads\Patch.exe//File4260 It looks like it is a file in the installer/unpacker that it considers suspicious and not the .exe itself. The search itself searched through roughly 25 000 files. Kaspersky says the name of the object/threat is "not-a-virus:RiskTool.Win32.HideExec.bm" Kaspersky also gave me a choice when i came to handling the threat, that i could actually add exception for it or ignore it. File Anti-Virus Reports will not stop creating records that are entitled: 'Object (file) contains no threats' or 'Object (file) not processed'. It was doing this in KIS 18 so I have just updated to KIS 19 but it is still non-stop reporting. PC is Win7 but it doesn't do this on another Win7 PC running KIS 18. It partly appears to be a background scan and partly application file checking. How do I stop sometimes 100's of records per minute being written to the report?
