hi to all and thanks for this wonderful security app i just formatted my pc and installed a fresh windows 7 and updated it after that i downloaded both firefox and kaspersky from my kasper now i get this pop-up warning tried to follow some steps in this topic https://community.kaspersky.com/kaspersky-internet-security-13/notification-of-detection-file-or-website-detected-1313 but i didn't know how to preform these steps (and maybe i don't need it since my windows is fresh?) After that, uninstall any recently installed junk > reboot. After that, uninstall any and all junk toolbars > reboot. Uninstall/disable any and all junk browser add-ons and extensions and plugins in all of your browsers. Remove the junk argument from the target field of the browser shortcut properties. Remove any and all junk search providers in all of your browsers. i hope someone can help me solve this

Hi SquallLeonHart, welcome to the new forum. Where did you download the software you installed on your computer (including Windows)? The IP address belongs amongst others to the infrastructure of a Ransomware (locky). The computer may be compromised.

That's quite possible. I would reinstall the computer completely. Please use only original software. Ask your friends if someone has an original windows DVD. Then you are on the safe side.

Hi SquallLeonHart, unfortunately, we cannot answer your questions in this forum. I would like to ask you to contact Kaspersky support. They will request and evaluate logs. I'm sorry, but we can't do that here.
