  2. Create an incident: https://my.kaspersky.com/techsupport#/requests/new, document the issue/ details and the expected outcome. This will log the issue in Kaspersky's system, an automated email will be sent to you with a INC# (example INC123456789111), any follow up emails can be done by selecting reply to the automated email & any follwup emails Kaspersky sends you with the unique INC#.
