Good afternoon, is there any tool available to recover files with the extension .ke3q? //Mod Note: moved to proper section.

Internet Security For Android does not allow licence to be transfered to any device. It recognized the device and my licence but will not send it to the devices ( i have 2 android devices, 1 Windows 10 device for which I use Internet Security for Windows. I do not have automatic on line protection because of this problem even though I have a valid licence. Does anyone know a fix?

I can see that their is a message in my Messages Inbox and I guess I could reply to it. But how can I create a new ‘Private Message’ to a Forum Member?

Basically since I installed KIS 2020 I was unable to upgrade OS on my MacBook After lots of googling and some trial and error I note that the issue is with SSL connection checker BUT unlike on Windows and earlier versions you cannot turn this off on KIS 2020? The only way I can check for OS updates is to disable web antivirus This does not seem safe. How do I resolve this please and turn off the SSL Connection checker or otherwise resolve?

I ran a scan recently and two viruses and/or infections were detected. The screen offers me three options: Skip, Delete the something, and something else. But I can't find anything anywhere telling me what to do. I hit "delete the something", although it may have deleted something necessary for the computer to run. But I would very much like to have someone tell me what these options are, what they mean, and what I should do about them. Thanks

Users are recommended to uninstall AV programs before updating a Windows 10 Insider build. I have two machines in the fast ring running build 19002.0002. On one of these I leave Kaspersky Internet running and over the last five builds Kasperky has not caused any problems.

Hello, It would ask for my pin and I would enter it a couple times and then go on about my business but after installing Kaspersky, I can no longer access DOD websites. does anyone know what settings I need to change to get this to work again? thanks iosman

I have just discovered that when loading any webpage in Chrome (Windows 10), Kaspersky SafeKids (v1.0.5.4096) injects JS script (with URL similar to: https://gc.ksk.v2.scr.kaspersky-labs.com/[some_kind_of_GUID]/main.js) EVEN when I am using Chrome when logged in windows account which is NOT monitored by Kaskpersky Safe Kids... How to disable this behavior? In my oppinion any type of tracking/monitoring should be disabled when logged in for non-child account!

I am moving from Windows 7 to Windows 10. On Windows 7 I had the Hotmail account set up in Outlook as a POP account.On Windows 7 I am using Kasperky Free. On Windows 10 KIS 2020. On moving to the Windows 10 PC (Office 2010), Outlook refuses to accept a POP setup and uses the Exchange approach. Am i right in assuming the application is defnitive as it gets and there is no chance of any virus, malware, adware, spyware or any type of ware seeping throught the grooves and compromising my data and system ? thanks, Habib.

Win 10 Home Kav + Windows firewall v1903 / 18362 / 418 I have been using Kav for a few years now and my license will expire soon, I am thinking of switching to KIS. If I go to KIS, do I need to Disable Windows Firewall In Services.msc, or leave in running? Thanks

Ever since Talk Talk asked me to update my account password I have not been able to access my Outlook email account without constantly getting a pop-up box asking me to enter my password. I have tried numerous times to go into my email settings to change them or repair or add a new account. None of these have worked. When I spoke to Talk Talk they said this was all down to my Kaspersky Internet Security Settings. Please help as this has been going on for months. Thank you

I recently stumbled across "vulnerability scan" which obviously isnt done during a normal scan. what things other than a standard scan are required for Kaspersky Internet Secruity to keep me safe from viruses, malware etc.?

Microsoft access can’t open file .acdb on network / NAS I’m using Kaspersky Internet Security and if I disable just file anti-virus I can open it, same with copying file to local no problem whatsoever. Problem only arise with ms access file, word excel and other have no problem.

Hello, I have KIS 19.0.0.1088d installed on my Windows 10 x64 1809 desktop and router forwarding port 22 from WAN to my desktop port 22 (I know its dangerous and I forget to close the port forwarding after I test something earlier this year). Hello Kaspersky User Grouo, today I installed MacOS Cataline 10.15 on my iMac and it seems to me that my Kaspersky Internet Security does have a problem with it. The problems are the following: Is there any working fix or do I need to wait or what is the best to do now. My Mac is now without security and to wait in this situation is not a good idea.
