Streaming error codes 2004, 1001 or initalizing, then freezing. [Closed]

Hi, I am having issues with KIS 2019. I am trying to stream videos from chrome, FF, edge but I cant. I am getting error codes 2004, 1001 or initalizing, then freezing. How do I fix this issue?

I know it was the issue because after I turned off anti-banner and private browsing it worked!!! This issue needs to be fixed.

Does the issue happen on every site you stream videos from? 

Can you pm me some urls (for the sites) please?

Is a VPN in use? 

May we have images of the errors please?

In KIS Reports, are there any events that show the errors? If “yes”, please export the report, select ALL EVENTS, timeframe: 24hrs or 7days, attach the report, using the 📎icon to upload the report to your reply please? 

Have you tested the issue with KIS2020?
