В нынешней ситуации возврат денежных средств, тем более за годовую подписку единственный правильный путь, пока ситуация не получила широкую огласку.

Аа, понятно. Попробовать откопать инсталлер древней версии и произвести попытку восстановить текущую установку (можно собрать и изучить подробный лог инсталлера), после удалить штатным способом. Как вариант (правда там версии выше заявлены, поэтому предварительно можно уточнить за GUID приложения в системе), "Утилита cleaner для удаления информации об установке Агента администрирования или Сервера администрирования Kaspersky Security Center".

Подтверждаю все что сказано выше. Продукт очень глючный и непродуманный. Видимо разработчики забили на него. А продажи по накатанной идут. Вряд-ли буду продлевать подписку. От поддержки одни отписки приходят и технические мануалы для программистов видимо.

Добрый день. Не работает агент администрирования KSC, служба не запускается. В журнале событий пишет: "Системе не удается найти указанный путь." При попытке удаления агента пишет: "Это действие допускается только для установленных продуктов". А если попробовать запустить новую установку, то выходит ошибка "Мастер установки не смог обработать внутреннюю ошибку" Агент администрирования версии 13.2.0.1511, Windows 10.

Добрый день. Перестал запускаться KSC на сервере. Ошибка: Не удается подключиться к серверу администрирования. Я так понял не подключается из за того что служба Mysql80 не запущена. Запустить службу вручную не получается. По логам файла KASPERSKYSERVER.err понял что ошибка в базе данных InnoDB, пробовал запускать Mysql с параметром innodb_force_recovery=1 и до 6, но служба по прежнему не запускается. Подскажите пожалуйста если попробовать переустановить Mysql на сервер, то все наши настройки KSC пропадут? Подскажите пожалуйста что можно предпринять. Сервер на Windows server 2019 data center. KSC версии 14 Mysql 8.0 Прилагаю снимок экрана лог файлов и ошибки

Try this: Download tool Adwcleaner, run it but don't fix or remove anything, 1st copy/paste the result log here in Your next post.

Se que es segura porque lo descargue de mi curso, pero no esta instalada simplemente esta como zip, aunque ya le puse resolver y omitir igualmente. No se si kaspersky permite zip en el apartado de exclusiones

Подписка не продлилась автоматически, пароль слетел каким-то чудесным образом. При этом по старой подписке была куча локаций и более-менее приличная скорость на ютьюбе. Я покупаю подписку на год за 2300 и тут на тебе Нидерланды. Как бы предупреждать надо бы о переходе на "новую технологическую платформу". Господа верните деньги, пожалуйста!
