Не совсем, просто при каждом обновлении программы меняются пути к файлам программы, поэтому такое происходит: "C:\Program Files (x86)\Kaspersky Lab\Kaspersky Secure Connection 5.22 Кто-то когда -то поднимал уже подобный вопрос и там были ответы. Напишите поддержку, уточните как можно отключить автообновление программы через реестр, внесите правки и потом сами обновляйте программу когда захотите вручную. А так это все нюансы автообновления и изменения путей к файлам, может быть эту логику разработчики изменят и уберут из путей цифры, чтобы пути к файлам оставались прежними @Romanamors.

Hallo, Ich hatte mal so ein Anliegen dies lag an einem MS Bug KB5051987 (Einige wie ich hatten Probleme Ordner,Explorer,Bilder,Dokumente zu öffnen) Abhilfe schaffte bei mir die Indizierungsoption-Problembehandlung-Index löschen und neu erstellen. Bei Dir scheint ein anderes Anliegen vorzuliegen da Du bei Entfernen der neusten Kaspersky Standard(a) Version 22 keine Probleme mehr hast. Vorschlag; -Wende Dich an den KL Support beschreibe dein Anliegen, die haben möglichkeiten dem Anliegen nachzugehen. Die Lösung würde uns freuen im Forum. Frage; -Welche genaue Win11 nutzt Du ? Beispiel Version 24H2 Build 26100.4652 -

I received an email today saying kaspersky is updating their billing system. Email address looks legit but email sounds like a scam even though they asked me by correct name. They want me to add my payment details. They have supplied my key and expiry date.

Die Links oder gar die Datei selbst wird vermutlich kein AV bemängeln. Das Verdict beginnt mit "PDM:", es handelt sich also um eine Erkennung der Programmkontrolle. Erst wenn das Programm gestartet wurde, ist eine verdächtige Aktion erkennbar. Hier kann nur der Support weiterhelfen, Ausnahmen funktionieren selten (und könnten im Extremfall auch gefährlich sein). -

Ich halte das für einen Fehlalarm. Hochladen kann er die Datei nicht, da sie zu gross ist. Um Kaspersky das prüfen zu lassen brauchen wir einen Downloadlink. Die von mir gefundenen links werden von Kaspersky nicht bemängelt. -

Erst mal mit VirusTotal - Home prüfen lassen wie schon gesagt wurde , Kaspersky zu deaktivieren dann zu installieren halte ich für keine gute Idee ansonsten wie schon auch @Kilauea geschrieben hat -

Hallo, Ich habe seit geraumer Zeit ein Problem. Ich bin erst heute darauf gekommen das Kaspersky Standard die Ursache war. Wenn bei mir Kaspersky Standard installiert ist und der PC eine Weile läuft, dann funktioniert gar nichts mehr. Der PC friert zwar nicht ein aber ich kann keine Programme oder Explorer öffnen. Auch der Taskmanager lässt sich nicht öffnen. Das Deinstallieren über den Setup/MSI Installer kam zur einer Fehlermeldung. Ich musste mit dem KIS Removal Tool das Programm runter löschen. Ich hab natürlich die aktuellste Version von Kaspersky Standard benutzt. Eine Neuinstallation habe ich auch schon mal durchgeführt aber dann kam die Situation wieder. Daher dachte ich, dass es nicht am Programm lag sondern ein Fehler in Windows 11. Aber wenn ich so darüber nachdenke, kam das Problem mit Patch A. Hat wer ähnliche Erfahrungen? -

I have a Kaspersky Premium license that includes Unlimited VPN. This license is being shared with another Kaspersky user with a different account from the one from which the license was purchased. However, this user using the shared license isn't getting Unlimited VPN activated, only the antivirus subscription. So, I'd like to know how to activate Unlimited VPN for a user with a separate account through license sharing. -

Mein letzter Beitrag wartet noch auf Freischaltung da er einen externen link beinhaltet, daher mal anders gefragt: Wird bei dir die Installationsdatei gelöscht ? Kannst du das Programm erst gar nicht installieren oder wird die *.exe gelöscht nachdem du das Programm installiert hast ? -
