Я писал в поддержку, они разводят руками. Что мешает Касперу сделать установку софта в качестве службы? Это можете объяснить? Гугловский род.контроль нельзя экономией энергии убить, а Каспер можно. Этот гайд бы решил все проблемы.

When i installed 21.24, i immediately noticed the new AI label and really appreciated it because it tends to specify that protection has been improved by "new" or more updated algorithms. Many people recommend "debloiting" your Windows 11 PC from all AI apps, such as Copilot, because AI uses personal data sent to various servers around the world, in addition to seriously consuming the local PC's resources. I have an HP Gaming PC and debloiting my PC is faster and more responsive. When i saw the AI label in 21.24, i never thought about intrusion like Copilot and the processing of personal data, instead, as i already wrote, i only thought about more updated algorithms. Viruses are increasingly increasing their intrusion capabilities and Kaspersky needs to update and improve its increasingly better virus protection capabilities more than viruses. The introduction of the AI label demonstrates that Kaspersky is "present" and working, not just standing still. I like seeing the AI label, so I'd opt for options to implement: - make the label and AI references visible (disabled|enabled) - use the new updated AI algorithms (disabled|enabled)

Bonjour, j'ai la version Premium et je ne suis pas un geek, je ne sais pas accéder aux rapports, mais je crois avoir trouvé la solution. Je n'avais pas vu qu'on pouvait ouvrir le dossier mis en cause, je l'ai fait, cela m'a affiché ce détail: J'ai cherché le dossier, je l'ai trouvé et j'ai supprimé tout ce qui avait un rapport, ensuite j'ai redémarré le PC et pour l'instant je n'ai plus d'alerte ! Merci d'avoir pris en compte ma question.

Эх, жаль, уже пару лет пользуюсь ksc, и тут после продления на пк всего 8 локаций, и ни одна полноценно не работает, а на телефоне и вовсе только бесплатная версия) хотя в акке, и на сайте отображается, что устройства подключены. Теперь придётся искать альтернативу, на которой не нужно будет мириться с многими проблемами, которые возникли за время пользования данным сервисом.

@KavoSer, создайте тему на форуме Клуба лаборатории Касперского, выполнив порядок оформления запроса о помощи.

На некоторых моделях смартфонах, приложение может работать с теми или иными допущениями. Обратитесь в техподдержку. От себя скажу, что лучше не покупать телефоны с различными оболочками, а отдать предпочтения моделям с чистым Андроид. Это правило справедливо не только при использовании продукцией Касперского. Если ребенок нарушает работу приложения, то пусть пользуется обычным кнопочным, для звонков. Либо смартфон с работающим приложением, либо кнопочный, дайте ему выбор.

Исправить второе предложение и тогда история завершилась бы не начавшись. Так как вы являетесь пользователем продукта информационной защиты стороннего производителя, тема закрыта,так как не соответствует тематике форума.

Redmi note 9 pro + miui14. При перезагрузке телефона Касперский не успевает запуститься, там лаг примерно 15-20 секунд. За это время ребенок из шторки открывает режим ультраэкономии энергии и Сэйв Кидс превращается в тыкву, он не запускается. А если вручную открыть после этого, то специальные разрешения отключены. Советы по типу закрой настройки, закрепи в памяти, разреши автозапуск не сработают, т.к. приложение просто не успевает загрузиться. Если более 20 секунд подождать, то все работает штатно и ультраэкономия под паролем. От ультраэкономии из шторки никак не избавиться, это зашито в прошивке. А иконки шторки Сэйв Кидс не контролирует. Дорогие разработчики, сделайте что-то с этой проблемой, ей уже минимум 4 года, а воз и ныне там. Смысл от подписки, если приложение можно за 10 секунд обойти. Наверное можно как-то из шторки на уровне системы удалить режим ультраэкономии энергии, но я не знаю, как это сделать. Вы же можете какую-то версию разработать, чтобы он в НАИВЫСШЕМ приоритете грузился при старте системы и ребенок просто бы не успевал из шторки кликнуть на эту иконку с ультраэкономией. Либо дайте инструкции, как установить приложение в качестве службы Андроид, чтобы обойти эту проблему.

Всем привет. Скачал файл из дискорда и тут же стали улетать файлы через OneDrive(под некоторыми иконками была зеленая галочка) и в диспетчере появилось много новых задач, некоторые были без имени(все вели к svhost). У одной из них в названии было слово Viever и иконка компьютера. Я сразу же выдернул из розетки интернет и заново установил винду. Все странные задачи не пропали и тогда я купил лицензию [удалено] и просканил все. Безрезультатно. Следующим моим шагом была установка утилиты Avz 2 разных версий и на мое удивление было найдено 2 трояна в Video.dll. Я все что можно просканировал и удалил, после чего выдохнул с облегчением и подумал, что все, но нет. Сегодня перед важной встречей у меня то отключались, то включались динамики в микшере громкости, а в диспетчере задач снова появилась куча непонятных процессов. После отмены встречи и переноса на другой день все успокоилось. Попробовал зайти в Параметры-конфиденциальность-разрешения приложений, но из-за постоянных вылетов ничего не смог сделать. Подскажите, как мне быть и что делать.

Entgegen den Mitteilungen des Supports wurde das Problem nicht behoben. Ich aktualisierte die Datenbanken von Kaspersky um ca. 21:00 Uhr und installierte die neuste Version der Aquasuite abermals. Kaspersky erkannte das Programm als Trojan. löschte die exe und verhinderte die Zusammenarbeit weiterer Programme, mut der Aquasuite. Ich bin jetzt stocksauer, weil ich alles mühsam eingerichtet und konfiguriert hatte. Alles kaputt!!!

Bonsoir je vous partage la réponse que j'ai eu par l'assistance technique : La détection est confirmée comme légitime. Le composant malveillant "Keenadu" est intégré directement au lanceur système de l’appareil. Ce programme malveillant est capable : A) De télécharger et installer des applications sans votre consentement B) De télécharger et exécuter du code malveillant arbitraire II -- Particularité technique de la menace (Pour mon cas sur ma tablette après analyse et logs envoyé au service technique...): La menace étant située dans la partition système, elle ne peut pas être supprimée de manière classique en raison des limitations de l’architecture Android." Je suis en contact avec le fabricant de ma tablette qui m'a également demandé des logs et analyses que j'ai transmis.... Ils m'ont envoyé le dernier firmware que j'ai installé (flashé). Mais cela ne change rien ... ils vont me recontacter prochainement... Je viendrais ici donner des nouvelles en espérant que mon problème sera résolu.

Dein "neuer Fehler" (530) stammt vom kontaktierten Server, eine Verbindung wurde demnach bereits aufgebaut. Was nicht klappt, ist der Login. Bist Du sicher, dass Deine Logindaten stimmen? Evtl. vor kurzem das Passwort geändert? Das ist normal. Bekannte Standardprogramme werden bereits bei der Kaspersky-Installation erkannt und in die Programmüberwachung aufgenommen. Weniger oder unbekannte Programme werden beim ersten Start analysiert und einer passenden Gruppe zugeordnet. Dann sind sie dauerhaft gelistet.

@Mr Tech You are welcome ! The malicious script [Emirates Marble-pdf.vbs] is mostly distributed via phishing emails , in your case it looks like this object is disguised as a PDF-file 🤔. FYI Kaspersky is scanning the Thunderbid Profiles since version 21.23. Also the TB Mozilla Export option supports backup ZIP files up to (only) 2 GB , therefore I always recommend to backup the Profiles folder. Hi, I just noticed that my computer has been infected by a trojan called "HEUR:Trojan.VBS.SAgent.gen", and I can't remove it via Kapersky...The trojan is found in the inbox file in Thunderbird. So it's not a file that I can remove (it's all code). Kapersky stated that these two files are the source of the Trojan (they are not found as an e-mail attachment in my inbox, it's all code in the inbox file in Thunderbird): P000009384:Emirates_Marble-pdf.gz and P000009384:Emirates_Marble-pdf.vbs So I'm simply wondering how I should go about to remove this trojan from my computer?
