при работе KSOS не открываются некоторые сайты и тормозит браузер, при этом постоянно идет обращение к адресу ff.kis.v2.scr.kaspersky-labs.com. Как советуют в интернете отключить "Внедрять в трафик скрипт взаимодействия с веб-страницами", но в настройках нет такого пункта. Что с этим делать?

Что последние время происходит с синхронизацией КПМ. Как не открою крест на облаке, в ручную пытаюсь сделать синк ошибка, иногда помогает остановить приложение через настройки Андроид и заново открыть но и это не всегда.

Попробуйте скачать и установить более новую версию и проверить Если вдруг проблема сохранится, тогда нужно обратиться в поддержку.

estou com esse problema, eu pauso o anti virus e mesmo assim apaga a pasta, apaga os arquivos, ja ta adicionado a Exclusao e nao deteccao de objetos, nao era pra acontecer nada, e continua...complicado isso.

@Friend Спасибо за ответ Google Authentificator умеет экспортировать, как и LastPass, как и Bitwarden @Areo Спасибо тебе большое добрый человек, все получилось экспортировать, по одному, но это все равно лучше чем ходить везде перепривязывать OTP

Hello @Nexon, When we open Brave/KPM browser extension (i) link in the KPM application, it opens: The extension is installed. Configure your browser for the extension to work properly. IF (you) are saying the Brave/KPM (i) opens the Sales statement -> that's bizarre. We've never been able to generically search for the KPM extensions with a successful out come & according to the advice from support - it's not possible. In the past (for us) support have sorted this issue for us, quickly. Thank you🙏 Flood🐳+🐋

If i want install directly via KPM it opens link in browser which i wrote above : https://support.kaspersky.com/us/faq/2024-us-sales-statement So i must manually search it. Interesting scenario in KPM is disabled but in browser addon working

Еще одно наблюдение. Это пункт настроек "игнорируемые сайты" password manager постоянно предлагает запоминать пароль для сайтов без доменного имени. Когда вход осуществляется по IP адресу. Нажимаешь кнопку "не спрашивать для данного сайта", ip адрес автоматически заносится в данный пункт настроек, но все-равно при каждом входе на него, снова предложение сохранить пароль. с записями имеющими доменное имя - такой проблемы нет. пробовал и вручную вносить, и через кнопку "не запоминать для данного сайта". Не работает Windows 10 22H2, firefox 144, KPM 25.0.0.501(a)

Hello Schaefer Yachts, this could be only an Issue with the Console View or Status what is transfered to KSC. Did you checked if the Local GUI is showing too that the Protection is stopped or not running? Sometimes this could already be an Issue with the Network Agent or Network Agent Connector which is responsible for the communication between KES and KSC.
