  12. Всем привет. Установил новую версию Kaspersky Premium 21.21.7.466 по ссылке: , подписка активна, система Windows 11 24H2. Первое, что вызвало вопрос: AdGuard 7.20.3 сразу определяется как несовместимое приложение, рекомдуемое к удалению, хотя ранее они всегда уживались. И окошко с советом об удалении не убирается, нет возможности скрыть. Второе: Касперский пропал из контекстного меню и обычного и расширенного. При переустановке на версию 21.21, обе проблемы пропадают. Есть какие либо решения или это просто баги новой версии решаемые патчами?

    Gabriel, o padrão são 400.000 eventos. O Servidor gera muito mais que isso com certeza a depender da quantidade de hosts. Deixe configurado com 1.000.000 e monitore os dias. Outro detalhe é a rotatividade dos eventos que pode ser visto nas propriedades do servidor de administração > avançado > detalhes do banco de dados atual. Nesta tela vai mostrar a quantidade de eventos gerados. Com certeza esse valor de 80.000 vai estar acima e com isso rotacionando.

    Kaspersky closing the Free version

    The only way now to use Kaspersky for free is to use the beta version (Standard or Premium) but it may have bugs. You mustn't log in to activate the trial beta and it auto renews on every new version. I will continue to use the Free version as i have 276 days left but i'm not sure what I'll do after that. Maybe i will install the beta or i will go to the next best free antivirus.

    Kaspersky closing the Free version

    I've used Kaspersky Free for years, it's always been my go to antivirus, it saved me on multiple occasions and I've recommended it to everyone I know, even after the whole debacle with the US banning it. With that said this couldn't have been handled any worse. Abruptly ending the Free subscription after this long, and not even warning your users through the application is an incredibly bone headed move, I didn't even know about it until yesterday, when someone mentioned on Reddit that the Free version was closing. My Free subscription was supposed to renew in about 80 days, now I find out it's actually ending for good. I really wish there was more support for people who've had a Free Kaspersky subscription for years than "Try our 30 day trial!". It was a good run, I appreciate the wonderful service and protection Kaspersky provided, but if this is how you guys abandon and disregard a large portion of your users, then I guess it's time to make the switch to one of your competitors.

  19. Hello @tomasisnotmyname, Welcome! Is the C drive in (your) Windows a removable drive? Take a screen-print of the Removable drive options - like (our) fourth / 4th image & post back please? Export Kaspersky config, read: How to export settings. Restore Kaspersky to *Default*, read: How to restore the default settings of the application. After the RESTORE is complete - shutdown the computer using SHUTDOWN, not Restart, power ON by pressing the power button, login, recheck the scan issues / options, if they persist contact Kaspersky Customer Service, https://support.kaspersky.com/b2c#contacts -> select Email, then fill in the template as shown in the 5th image below - with Request topic as: Scan task will not complete, (which is the closest relevant template available) - include a *detailed history* Read: Scanning the computer.   22. OS: Windows 10, version 22H2 Application: Kaspersky Standard, version 21.21.7.384(a) Whenever the application or I run a Selective Scan, an Instant File Scan, or a Removable Drives Scan of a connected external drive, it starts scanning files on other drives as well.
