Windows 11 24h2 Kaspersky 21.21 Hi, I removed the browser profile from ms edge & it also removed the kaspersky extension. I created a new profile for the browser & it did not reinstall the kaspersky extension. But it shows a check mark on kaspersky application under MSEdge security tab.

Здравствуйте, у меня Kaspersky for Linux 2.0.0.987, ос Ubuntu 24.04.2 LTS, 4 дня назад перестали обновляться базы - вроде бы успешно обращается к серверу, вроде загружает updaters, но потом выдаёт ошибку "Ошибка во время обновления баз". При запуске из терминала: kfl-control --start-task 6 --progress Выполнение задачи: [##################################################]100% Ошибка задачи. Не удалось запустить задачу Спасибо.

I cannot instal the entire security suite due to US ban but I do have KPM installed in windows. My subscription runs out in 2 months and I would like to delete my vault. I've searched everywhere. I cannot connect to support using any method. I don't know why

Apologies for not replying earlier @Zaw- sleeping - all humans need sleep☺ Myanmar is not documented, however that doesn't mean regional limitations don't apply; it could be a documentation issue. Using *Kavremover* - uninstall Kaspersky VPN *only* - read & follow the *Kavremover* documentation very carefully. At the end of the VPN *uninstall* -> power OFF the computer by using Shutdown, not Restart, when the computer is OFF, remove the power cable & *all* network cables - there should be *no* cables of any kind plugged into the computer - leave the computer *disconnected* for at least 5minutes. At the end of the 5minutes plug cables back in, network first, then power, power the computer ON by pressing the power button, login. Download a new VPN exe from: https://kas.pr/ksec_win_global Install the VPN, IF the connectivity issues persist log a request with Kaspersky Customer Service, https://support.kaspersky.com/b2c#contacts - select Email, then fill in the template as shown; include a *detailed history* || IF (you) do log the issue with support ask them about Myanmar? Без разницы, какие функции на самом деле, эта разница на уровне паллиативного лечения. Напишите лучше, что за ноутбук, ибо с 3-4 гигабайтами в те времена были разные машины. А так - ну вот Вы сидели, сидели, и опять сидели... 10 лет без антивируса - чего он приспичил то сейчас? Ну сидите дальше, хуже не будет. Поставьте бесплатную (Free) версию. И все. Это и будет та самая стандартная версия с отключенными дополнительными функциями.

Это наверное надо разбирать ноутбук, это непросто, я точно что-нибудь сломаю. Да и вообще, зачем вы усложняете всё? Лучше поставить какую-нибудь стандартную версию или отключить доп. функции. Я вот и хотел выяснить, какие функции в Касперском Премиуме менее важны, а то ведь они так всё расписывают, что кажется не без чего нельзя обойтись. Может в поисковике посмотреть, нейро подскажет. Ну и про надёжность менеджеров паролей хотел поговорить, а вы всё перевели в тему железок. В техподдержку наверное тоже смысла нет писать. Надо же, не с кем даже посоветоваться.

Ещё многое зависит от того, есть ли в данном ноутбуке "люки" для Диска и памяти. У меня у обоих ноутбуков (правда ASUS) "люков" нет, поэтому приходится снимать днище. У одного перед этим надо снять еще и Клавиатуру (под ней винты, крепящие днище).

I came from the old Kaspersky Internet Security app when it was downloadable from Google Play Store, what happened to this new app? Why don't you put it up on Google Play Store? Honestly, it's kind of surprise to me when a cybersecurity firm like you provided users an APK for installation, as this is how millions of victims out there got their billions dollars of money hijacked by scammers. In short, not professional at all.

Только вот вопрос - сможет ли Diamond Dust сам их (память или SSD) поменять? Т.к., если кого-то (не знакомого) просить, то дополнительные затраты.

SSD даже предпочтительнее, если учитывать что в ноутбуках обычно стоят медленные диски.

fyi, since I couldn’t move forward for now, I tried using the “Sign in with different account” option — but I logged in with the same account. Now it’s stuck on the “Signing into My Kaspersky” loading screen and just keeps spinning for a very long time. Is Kaspersky banned in Myanmar?

Most probable reason, is that bank integrated some SDK of 3rd party security vendor into their mobile app. As our moderator @harlan4096 replied: you should contact the bank to ask more details about this flag. Most probable answer from your bank would be something related to "Anti-Fraud Policies" or "enhanced security for bank customers". In any case, is the bank who should bring you a response of your claim.

А ещё подскажите, насколько безопасно использовать менеджер паролей в Яндекс Браузере, насколько легко может злоумышленник получить доступ к базе паролей, при условии, что установлен мастер-пароль? И насколько менеджер паролей Яндекс браузера слабее менеджера паролей Касперского?

Я раньше вообще не пользовался никакими антивирусами. Моя предыдущая Windows 7 проработала 10 лет, замедление производительности наблюдалось только перед критической неисправностью. Тогда подскажите, какие компоненты тормозят работу компьютера и не являются основными и необходимыми, которые можно отличить без ущерба для себя? Я готов заплатить чуть больше, главное, чтобы ноутбук работал на высокой скорости и не тормозил.
