Lenovo V580c. Отправлю скриншот с подробной информацией. Я скачивал иногда пробные версии, чтобы почистить компьютер от троянов и прочего мусора. У меня не было лицензированного антивируса. А вот я не уверен, что хуже не будет, потому что мошенники не дремлют, очень много способов, как завладеть чьими-то личными данными и аккаунтами. С антивирусом надёжнее. И вообще раньше не особо беспокоился о защите об различных угроз, можно сказать мне просто везло. Посмотрим, скачаю может быть ещё один пробник на месяц, а там видно будет. -

I purchased Kaspersky anti-virus and started to download. At the step of removing the previous anti-virus, there was a password that should be provided to permit program removal. I retrieved it but didn't work. I changed it again and again but every time there is a message of wrong password. I wanna overcome this obstacle, any ideas oe help please -

Also, IF the software is Kaspersky: Basic, Standard, Plus & OR Premium & is from a Kaspersky website - no activation code is issued, activation codes have been replaced by License Keys. Sign into (your) MyKaspersky account, select the *Subscription* tab, select the software, then scroll to the very bottom to Additional info, expand Additional info - the License key is shown there, see image below. To *activate* Kaspersky's *new* software - sign-into the Kaspersky app with the same email address that's used to sign-into (your) MyKaspersky account - so the Kaspersky software & (your) MyKaspersky account Subscription/License *synchronise*. IF the Kaspersky: Basic, Standard, Plus & OR Premium subscription was brought from a third-pty-merchant - Amazon for example - there *will* be an Activation code; the purchase confirmation email - from the merchant - will show the code. Hello @Zaw, You're very welcome! Thank you for the update & (your) *detailed* information! With support, ask about Myanmar *first*, IF there's a region issue impacting availability there's no point investigating further. Support may not accept the request due to Kaspersky software being the Trial version -> no support is available for Beta, Trial or any Kaspersky development software - however - at least try to log the request & post back the incident reference number - it's prefixed with INC0000? Thank you so much @harlan4096 and @Flood and Flood's wife — I truly appreciate all the time, patience, and support you’ve given me. I carefully followed all your instructions: used Kavremover, did a full power-off, unplugged everything, waited, and reinstalled the VPN using the fresh installer link. Unfortunately, the issue still persists — now it’s stuck on the loading page before it even reaches the introduction screens. I’ll contact Kaspersky Customer Support again and will ask them directly about the situation in Myanmar too. Will definitely update here if there’s any good progress. Thanks again for your kindness and help — it really means a lot! 🙏- 21 replies

Windows 11 24h2 Kaspersky 21.21 Hi, I removed the browser profile from ms edge & it also removed the kaspersky extension. I created a new profile for the browser & it did not reinstall the kaspersky extension. But it shows a check mark on kaspersky application under MSEdge security tab.

Здравствуйте, у меня Kaspersky for Linux 2.0.0.987, ос Ubuntu 24.04.2 LTS, 4 дня назад перестали обновляться базы - вроде бы успешно обращается к серверу, вроде загружает updaters, но потом выдаёт ошибку "Ошибка во время обновления баз". При запуске из терминала: kfl-control --start-task 6 --progress Выполнение задачи: [##################################################]100% Ошибка задачи. Не удалось запустить задачу Спасибо. -
I cannot instal the entire security suite due to US ban but I do have KPM installed in windows. My subscription runs out in 2 months and I would like to delete my vault. I've searched everywhere. I cannot connect to support using any method. I don't know why

Hello @Zaw, Thank you for the information! Apologies for not replying earlier @Zaw- sleeping - all humans need sleep☺ Myanmar is not documented, however that doesn't mean regional limitations don't apply; it could be a documentation issue. Using *Kavremover* - uninstall Kaspersky VPN *only* - read & follow the *Kavremover* documentation very carefully. At the end of the VPN *uninstall* -> power OFF the computer by using Shutdown, not Restart, when the computer is OFF, remove the power cable & *all* network cables - there should be *no* cables of any kind plugged into the computer - leave the computer *disconnected* for at least 5minutes. At the end of the 5minutes plug cables back in, network first, then power, power the computer ON by pressing the power button, login. Download a new VPN exe from: https://kas.pr/ksec_win_global Install the VPN, IF the connectivity issues persist log a request with Kaspersky Customer Service, https://support.kaspersky.com/b2c#contacts - select Email, then fill in the template as shown; include a *detailed history* || IF (you) do log the issue with support ask them about Myanmar?
