Hallo @Kasper17, eine Erklärung für die Mail habe ich nicht. Sie kommt immer wieder mal vor, beim letzten Mal war es "nur" ein Test einer Betaversion. Besteht die Möglichkeit, dass Du die Mailadresse nicht vielleicht doch mal benutzt hast? Ich denke da an das vorige Forum, das Betaforum, eine Supportanfrage, eine Free-Lizenz, ... Eines scheint jedenfalls festzustehen: Wenn Deine aktiven Lizenzen alle auf einem anderen Konto laufen (und Du über My Kaspersky Zugriff darauf hast), bleiben diese unangetastet. Dann kann eine Löschung des angesprochenen Accounts ja nur in Deinem Interesse sein. Egal wie er entstanden ist. Du kannst Dich aber auch gerne an den Support wenden, wenn auch die Zeit recht knapp wird. -

Hallo zusammen, ich habe eine E-Mail mit dem Betreff "Your account will be deleted" von Kaspersky Account <*****@*****.tld> (<noreply @ mail.account.uis.kaspersky.com>) im August bekommen, siehe unten. An der Stelle, wo E-Mail-Adresse steht, stand meine private E-Mail-Adresse, die ich Kaspersky-Diensten nicht gegeben habe. Ich bin ziemlich irritiert. You can create a trial workspace is ksc.kaspersky.com or cloud.kaspersky.com and do R&D by yourself check whether you are getting benefits from Kaspersky or not and in my experience Kaspersky is better than Microsoft Defender Plans and cost effective. -

Problem Statement : We were encountering innovative issues with kesl, when we try to start kesl service and we are getting error when we run "kesl-control --app-info" we get error like "Could Not Connect to Kaspersky Endpoint Security Linux" We collected the logs by collect script and find out that memory was limited to 600 mb in Kesl Policy settings >> Application settings >> Application performance Settings . Solution : To resolve this, please revert the settings to auto by following the steps below: 1. In KSC → Assets (Devices) → Policy&Profiles → "Required KESL policy" → Application Settings → General settings → Application settings → Configure memory usage → Change the value to auto https://support.kaspersky.com/help/kes4linux/12.2.0/en-US/275425.htm 2. Stop KESL locally via the command "systemctl stop kesl" 3. Список уже отработавших вариантов: отключение антивируса, отключение проверки защищенных соединений, смена измерителя скорости с Яндекса на Speedtest, смена DNS. 4 варианта и все рабочие, между прочим - по крайней мере на какое-то время. -

Открытие страниц не такой уж большой трафик используют. Обычно загрузкой все пользуемся и внимания не обращаем, а здесь столкнулся с большим объёмом выгрузки в облако и всё. Приплыл. Видимо как то влияет всё же dns. Сам значения не придавал этому. Специально менял разные адреса, пк. перезагружал и т.д. Только такой вариант работает. Пока по крайней мере. -

Вообще не понимаю, каким образом DNS может влиять на измеряемую скорость доступа. Или на скорость загрузки файлов в облако. Ну там могут, скажем, не открываться или долго не открываться страницы - это можно еще понять. Сам использую Cloudflare, есть наблюдения, когда провайдер его не блокирует и когда блокирует. -

Всё было прекрасно, пока стоял Standart. Но после недавнего перехода на Premium устройства не могут получить доступ, всё останавливается на получении IP адреса, после чего на андройд-гаджетах выдаётся уведомление "сохранено" рядом с названием сети. Помогает приостановка защиты и повторный запуск MediatekWiFi. Вай-фай адаптер DWA-140 с RT2870, Вин 7 х64 со всеми обновления по сентябрь. Настройки не менял, обновление до Premium было вводом кода. Поэтому непонятно что случилось На скрине настройки при запущенной сети и и активном антивирусе, но устройства не имеют выход в сеть. По каким-то причинам 2 сети с 1 названием. Раньше была 1 сеть, которую назначил локальной, чтоб антивирус не паниковал. Оба беспроводных соединения исчезают при выдёргивании свистка Первое беспроводное соединение - D-Link DWA-140 Wireless N USB Adapter(rev.B3) Второе, с крестом - Microsoft Virtual WiFi Miniport Adapter -

Разобрался я с этим вопросом. Думаю многим поможет. Полагаю провайдер воду мутит. Выставил DNS Cloudflare и всё чётко работает. Скорость, загрузка, выгрузка в облако. Адреса провайдера и google толком не работают. Не знаю сколько времени стабильно отработает, очень часто Cloudflare блокируют. -
