Hello, i'm having this error with remote installation on a server. I’ve already rebooted it, but the task still doesn’t finish. What could be causing it?

Напишите точную версию установлено продукта (цифрами). Используете браузер Firefox? Попробуйте скачать и установить данную версию, Ваша лицензия должна подойти. На официальном сайте Лаборатории Касперского данный продукт (Kaspersky Security Cloud) уже минимум как год не продается. Где покупали и за сколько?

А еще после установки стала моргать Wi-Fi сеть (петряла стабильность) и части приложений пропал доступ в интернет. Хороший антивирус, просто убил интернет на компьютере. UPD: снес KSC с компьютера с помощью их же утилиты - все заработало нормально, wifi перестал моргать, все приложения работают и т.д. Выводы делайте сами. Интересно, кто это такой "умный" мне рекомендует не скачивать устаревшиме продукты? Я сегодня скачал актуальную версию купленного мной недавно продукта, после обновления компьютера. Если Kaspersky продал мне устаревший продукт не на поддержке - это плохая история уже на для меня, а Касперского.

Не скачивайте и не устанавливаете устаревшие продукты или у которых завершена поддержка.

Dear friends..I have a PC with Windows 11 Pro installed and I have been using the Thunderbird email client for a long time to manage my emails. Well...this morning among the "suggestions" that Kaspersky offers me I see one that says: Secure traffic in Thunderbird is not monitored".."to resume monitoring add the certificate manually". Naturally I went to look for the official Kaspersky instructions to fix the thing ,and in practice I should follow this path Settings > Network and Internet > Advanced Network Settings > Internet Options > Content > Certificates > Trusted Root certification authority... and here, scrolling through the real certificates present, select and download the Kaspersky one. I refer to what is explained here https://support.kaspersky.it/common/compatibility/14620?cid=234-WIN_21.23#block2 And here's the first question...in what format should I export it? I am offered two options: The first "Binary Coded Der X.509 (.cer)... and the second "Base 64 Coded X.509 (.cer). I attach two screenshots to explain it. So in what format should I export it and then re-import it into Thunderbird? In Thunderbird then following this path Options > Advanced > Certificates > Manage Certificates you would arrive at the section from which you can import the certificate. In this regard...and finally...I therefore wanted to ask: Until now Kaspersky (which I have been using for many years) had never suggested this operation to me... why? Is it necessary to install its certificate in Thunderbird? In short, what is the purpose of carrying out this operation? Ho un Pc con installato Windows 11 Pro ed utilizzo da molto tempo il client di posta Thunderbird per gestire le mie mail Nello specifico utilizzo una vecchia versione del client..esattamente la 60.9.1...che non ho mai aggiornato per non perdere i molti componenti aggiuntive non più supportati nelle versioni successive. Bene...stamattina tra i "suggerimenti" che Kaspersky mi propne ne vedo uno che dice : Il traffico sicuro in Thunderbird non viene monitorato".."per riprendere il monitoraggio aggiungere manualmente il certificato". Naturalmente sono andato a cercare le istruzioni ufficiali di Kaspersky per sistemare la cosa ed in pratica dovrei segurie questo percorso Impostazioni > Rete e Internet > Impostazioni di Rete Avanzate > Opzioni Internet > Contenuto > Certificati > Autorita di certificazione Radice Attendibile...e qui ,scorrendo i veri certificati presenti, selezionare e scaricare quello di Kaspersky. Faccio riferimento a quanto spiegato qui https://support.kaspersky.it/common/compatibility/14620?cid=234-WIN_21.23#block2 E qui la prima domanda ..in che formato devo esportarlo ? Не знаю, у меня не спрашивает.) Судя по настройкам, Вы только аудиозвонки делаете, без камеры? Просто запрос есть отдельно для микрофона и еще для камеры и микрофона (у меня это так отображается в запросе).

Ну так и мы тут про актуальный статус. На данный момент он звучит так: "Доступа к нужному всем сервису нет уже месяц и неизвестно, когда он появится. Зато вы можете использовать наш VPN для безопасного доступа к сайту избиркома Мозамбика или соцсети жителей Палау. Наш VPN предоставляет идеальный доступ к сайтам, но не к тем, которые нужны нашим пользователям".

После установки последней версии KSC (скачанной 18.12.2025 с ЛК/сайта касперского) невозможно пройти экран первичной настройки антивируса, т.к. при нажатии на кнопку Allow для пункта Encrypted web traffic inspection ничего не происходит. Без этого пункта установка дальше невозможна. Версия ОС - MacOS 15.6 (24G84)

Bin noch auf 24h2. Es könnte gut sein dass sich beim Windows Update was verschluckt hat und ein Darüber installieren von Kaspersky es löst, war bei mir die Lösung damals.

разрешенные приложения добавляются и тимс там есть и не только он, но каждый звонок тимс спрашивает разрешение, другие месенджеры вроде то же, но точно не помню

Снова подниму тему вопросом о выборе СУБД. @andrew75 Может Вы сможете ответить на такой вопрос? А реально перейти с MSSQL на PostgreSQL? Встанут ли все конфигурации? Просто почему задумался об этом, потому что кажется, что PostgreSQL меньше кушает ресурсов ОС, чем MSSQL...

По идее, с двумя исключениями (для веб-защиты и скана защищенных соединений) должно все работать. Если в отчете после настройки двух исключений не появляется никаких записей о блокировках - значит все правильно настроено. Можно временно отключить полностью проверку защищенных соединений, внедрение скрипта и интернет-защиту чтобы выяснить, что блокирует.

Эти вопросы находятся в работе и решаются на уровне сервиса в целом. Информация об этом доступна здесь. В то же время, по результатам анализа обращений мы видим, что проявление проблемы может отличаться в зависимости от региона, провайдера, маршрутизации и конкретных сетевых условий, из-за чего одинаковый симптом не всегда имеет одну и ту же первопричину. Именно поэтому техническая поддержка в ряде случаев продолжает запрашивать дополнительную информацию. Это не попытка «тянуть время», а необходимость отделить ситуации, напрямую зависящие от текущего состояния инфраструктуры, от случаев, где влияние оказывают локальные условия (провайдер, DNS-перехват, маршруты, особенности клиентской среды). Важно отметить, что в некоторых сценариях мы действительно можем предложить решение или обходной вариант уже сейчас, не дожидаясь полного завершения всех глобальных работ. Именно для этого и требуется точная диагностика на стороне клиента.

Просто ответьте, для чего мною была куплена подписка? ВПН в большинстве случаев не работает. Что только не делал, обновлял, писал в поддержку, то работает, то не работает. За что вы взяли деньги?
