  2. Hello @Psiu47! What does the AI tag on a feature mean? The AI tag indicates that this feature uses machine‑learning (ML) methods and intelligent data analysis. These technologies improve threat‑detection quality, enable more accurate recognition of new/unknown malicious objects, and reduce false positives. Classification and detection technologies for malicious activity (e.g., based on object attributes and/or behavioral signals) operate as part of the standard protection mechanisms and complement other methods (signatures, heuristics, rules, reputation checks, etc.). Our AI‑powered features do not use your PC’s resources for external computations: the algorithms run only within the normal operation of the protection (scanning and monitoring). Is this a new feature? Intelligent‑analysis technologies have been used in cybersecurity for many years. We have now added an explicit AI label so that users can more easily see which components employ these methods. In other words, the approaches themselves are not new—the transparency of their labeling has changed. Can it be turned off? The AI tag is simply an indication of a technology that helps detect threats. It does not represent a separate operating mode or property of a particular feature. You can enable or disable individual features in the product, but disabling some of them may reduce the overall level of protection.

  4. Sometimes installing overwriting previous version may lead to some issues, in those cases better to uninstall, and run a clean installation of the new version.
  5. Moin zusammen, leider wurde mein alter Forum-Account gelöscht und ich musste mir einen neuen machen. Folgende Ausgangssituation: Ich habe auf meinen zweiten Rechner einen 1er Lizenz die jetzt bald abläuft. Der Rechner und die Lizenz sind in meinem My Kaspersky Konto aktiviert. Zusätzlich besitze ich noch eine Lizenz für 5 Geräte die ich 2025 gekauft hatte. Diese Lizenz ist auf 3 Systemen aktiviert, ohne My Kaspersky Konto, ergo die Geräte tauchen in meinem Konto nicht auf, was auch so gewollt ist. Jetzt wollte ich gestern den zweiten Rechner in die 5er Lizenz einfügen, aber dies klappt nicht. Den Key kann ich nicht in der Software einlösen, weil zum einem die Reserve-Code Funktion gestrichen wurde und zum anderen sagt mir die Software, dass der Key bereits in meinem My Kaspersky hinterlegt ist. Will ich jetzt den Rechner auf der My Kaspersky Webseite hinzufügen müsste ich die komplette Software wieder neu installieren, was ich nicht will. Gibt es einen komfortablere Lösung die 5er Lizenz auf meinem zweit Rechner zu bekommen?

  7. А также, что у ней новый компьютер: Компьютер работает каждый день, часа по два-три, и компьютер работает постоянно - это все же из разных песен.
  8. Значит возможно что-то не то с чтением атрибутов, поскольку ТС утверждает, что ноутбук работает постоянно.

    В настройках антивируса для этого есть два пути (как минимум). Я хочу понять каким идете вы, чтобы попробовать воспроизвести проблему. И версию антивируса напишите заодно.

  11. У него там наработка в 4 месяца, т.е. машина не работала и по месяцу в год. Запилить SSD за это время невозможно, даже если он там с QLC-памятью.

    Беспокоиться я бы не стал. Это какие-то запакованные в архивы старые дистрибутивы. Почему антивирус не может их распаковать сложно сказать. Возможно архивы повреждены. Возможно ему не хватает места для распаковки.

Key Benefits and How It Works / Never trust, always verify: The Zero Trust security model Upgrade to a Kaspersky *enterprise-product* such as: Kaspersky Hybrid Cloud Security; Kaspersky Managed Detection and Response; Kaspersky Threat Intelligence OR at the very least Kaspersky Premium, keep in mind @amralaa, there's a possibility that Kaspersky will *end* distribution of Kaspersky Free in Egypt - at some stage - just like they've done in other countries -> PLAN for the future, the future is now. I've forgot to mention that among uninstalling the previous KS 21.24, I've kept installed for some reason older versions of Kaspersky Internet Security VPN and Kaspersky Standard 21.21 Password manager programs which they never have putt in use. They were apart from old Kaspersky suite. But never have used tem and I've thought they were importante and shouldn't bem removed. Somehow fetting tem installed among KS.21.23/21.24 and installed the newer KS.21.24 solved the issue. When I have remover all these there and installed the KS 21.24. I don't know for whatever reasons this procedure have resolved the Mystery problem I had with the scan uppon completition were not being saved.

All I've got are old personal archives from my findings and this onde show is from KS 21.22 but still the unsolved mystery with scans not being saved and registered were acting defective for over two years. (Files are to big to post here) Back in 2024 in attempt to fix a common bug found by others where quick mouse virus scan prompt was not working. The instrunction was to repair or uninstal Kaspersky Standard. Doing that, It did solve this particular problem but my unknow bug remained unresolved. I've managed to survive with annoying bug for months untill KS 21.24 came, making all scans to disappear uppon finishing. So after all the embarassment spend trying understand why this curse never got resolved. I've ended up again in completely uninstal KS and downloading from MY KASPERSKY service account this layest version. Doing that, I've ran the background scan while installing and followed the progression till the end. The scan saved on reports page and I've began to execute many viruses scans to check If they were being saved, and not disappear. After four days putting to test, there have bem registered more than 23x viruses scans and they were all saved at last. Finally! 🙏 I've running now a Full scan like I usually do every week and I Hope Kaspersky co. start managing their updates with more caution and *don't* push newer version anytime soon.
  21. Security Comparison: Kaspersky System Watcher vs. Windows 11 Smart App Control (SAC) I am on Windows 11 Pro 25H2. Which is technically more robust: staying with Kaspersky for its System Watcher, or reverting to Windows Defender to use Smart App Control (SAC) in "ON" mode? Does Kaspersky offer a feature that blocks untrusted/unsigned apps before execution as SAC does, or is it strictly behavioral detection? I want the strongest "Zero-Trust" protection.
  22. I'm getting BSOD on windows boot after updating to Kaspersky Premium with AI. It is not hardware or windows related, it shows Kaspersky .sys file on minidump. I'm reaching for costumer support for about a week and all they tell me is chkdsk/dism/sfc commands, it doesn't work since it is not a windows problem and a problem with recent version of Kaspersky Premium. Memory dump.

    Добрый вечер, @Dm111, Опишите характеристики вашего компьютера: какой процессор, сколько оперативной памяти, какой жесткий диск.Сколько лет компьютеру? Как давно возникла проблема и после чего? Возможно что-то новое установили или какие-то обновления операционной системы Windows? Какая операционная система Windows установлена? Какая версия антивируса используется?

    Hola @Vicky QR y con permiso de @harlan4096 Sin olvidar responder lo que pregunta harlan4096 me permito añadir lo que he indagado en la red. • Desactiva temporalmente el antivirus para confirmar que es la causa. • Limpia la caché y cookies del navegador, ya que a veces la información de inicio de sesión entra en conflicto con las restricciones del antivirus. Si es la protección de Kaspersky la causante de esas incidencias prueba lo siguiente: Hasta aquí mi aportación. @harlan4096 te seguirá asesorando. Slds. a ambos.
