Hum weird, as far as I know, Kaspersky Plus can be activated directly with any KTS license: Q1. How are they compatible with old apps? Kaspersky Anti-Virus -> Kaspersky Standard Kaspersky Internet Security -> Kaspersky Standard Kaspersky Total Security -> Kaspersky Security Cloud -> Kaspersky Plus (with KSK and without unlimited VPN) Kaspersky Plus (with KSK and without unlimited VPN) -

@Berny thanks for clarifying the "On Top install" to import KTS license into Plus it sounds straightforward. However, I've never seen that FAQ or announcement from Kaspersky despite years using MyKaspersky, and KTS renewals were offered mid-2025 without warnings. The Why Switch and renewal page's shows "no extra costs for existing licenses" from KTS to Plus but still quotes $ 117.80 extra for the same term of the licences, despite my higher prior KTS payments for the same licences. Proactive in-app/email notices for loyal users would better match claims to reality and ease frustrations. -
Mit dem "Installer von hier" wollte ich eigentlich den folgenden Link posten: https://www.kaspersky.de/downloads/standard Diesen kann ich ja weiterhin nutzen für die Installation / Drüberinstallation im Rahmen eines Updates? Alternativ auch den aus dem MyKaspersky-Account, wo die Lizenz dann irgendwie integriert ist? Macht bis auf die Sache mit der Lizenz keinen Unterschied? Und bezüglich der Lizenz, wenn ich sie bei Amazon kaufe, kann ich weiterhin so vorgehen, dass ich den Schlüssel wie bisher einfach unter MyKaspersky eintrage und am Tag des Ablaufs des alten Schlüssels synchronisiert sich die Kaspersky Software wieder mit dem hinterlegten Account den neuen Schlüssel?

@harlan4096 thanks for linking the 2022 announcement, I have never seen or heard of it before, despite being a loyal Kaspersky client using MyKaspersky for many years. Kaspersky continued selling/renewing KTS licenses mid-2025 without clear warnings, and I've received zero proactive notifications despite three licenses bought last year. Their renewal page claims "explore without paying extra," but switching from KTS to Plus today costs $117.80 extra for the same duration despite paying more for those KTS licenses half a year ago. This contradicts "loyal customers without paying extra," fueling frustrations across forums and proactive in-app/email alerts could prevent this. -

С января перестали открываться сайты analog.com, ti.com, altium.com. Причем при выборе любой локации. Что интересно st.com при включенном KSC тоже не работает, хотя он работает и бех ВПН. В чем дело?

решения нет поскольку никаких действий кроме поста на форуме предпринято не было. Проблема нетиповая и специфическая. А значит на форуме ее решить нельзя. Нужно писать заявку в техподдержку и собирать данные, которые они запросят, чтобы разработчики смогли найти причину. - Today

Thanks for the tip @harlan4096 While a free upgrade path from KTS to Plus exists for eligible licenses via the Kaspersky site, why isn't Kaspersky proactively notifying users in-app or via email? I've faced multiple issues with my three KTS licenses purchased last year (2025), only discovering they're now legacy and lacking full support requiring replacement to resolve compatibility problems like Teams blocking. This feels like a missed opportunity, as online forums and reviews show widespread customer frustration with outdated KTS features and support. It's a shame, as proactive communication could retain loyalty and prevent unnecessary churn. -

Buenos días. Llevo más de una semana sin recibir el SMS de doble factor. Ya cambié la SIM de mi teléfono y tengo el mismo problema: no puedo iniciar sesión en mis cuentas sin ese código. Ya he enviado varias veces al soporte de Kaspersky el número de incidente y no he recibido respuesta. ¿Cómo puedo solucionar este problema? Saludos cordiales.

Buenos días, Mismo problema: desde hace màs 1 semana no recibo el sms de doble factor, ya cambié de teléfono con mi SIM y mismo problema, no puedo entrar a mis cuentas sin ese código Ya envie a soporte de Kaspersky muchas veces el No. de incidente y no tengo respuesta por parte de ellos. ¿Cómo puedo solucionar este problema. Касперский выпустил предновогодний релиз KasperskyOS Community Edition SDK 1.4, а я выпустил постновогодний релиз своей кроссплатформенной библиотеки EOOS Safe R26-01, конечно-же, как с поддержкой KasperskyOS CE 1.4, так и других операционных систем. Загрузить последний релиз EOOS Safe KasperskyOS, как всегда можно тут. -

Moin. Es geht hier nur um Android Geräte. Bei aktualisieren werden nur irgendwelche "Stores" angeboten, wo man erst wieder ein Konto einrichten muss. Ich möchte einfach einen direkten Link zu der aktuellen APK dirket bei Kaspersky haben, warum gibt es das nicht? Jedesmal wenn ein Update benachrichtigt wird, muss erst mit Browser ins Internet und dann bis zu den APK durcharbeiten, warum so kompliziert? Weis da jemand mehr? Gruß -

@Sander Above procedure from @Igor Kurzin applies to the obsolete KTS version , for the best results we currently recommend upgrading to Kaspersky Plus. -
Спасибо, помогло. Ещё вопрос вы тестировали переезд? у меня после переключения активного узла, веб консоль по кешу пытается подключится к старому узлу, из-за чего работает только после очистки или из инкогнито.
