Require help in upgrading KSC 13.2 to KSC 15.1

We wish to upgrade from KSC 13.2 with SQL Server 2014 to KSC 15.1 with SQL Server 2016. Will there be any problems during the upgrade process, and will the backup of KSC 13.2 with SQL Server 2014 be restored on KSC 15.1 with SQL Server 2026?

Is it possible for us to upgrade without any problems?
