Hello @Pratham Jaiswal

Welcome!

  1. Read before you create a new topic!
  2. Use Kaspersky Threat Intelligence Portal, including Submit to reanalyze.
  3. Post a full screen image of the Kaspersky Threat Intelligence Portal report please?
  4. Does the Virus Total report show Kaspersky is reporting the file has a virus?
  5. Post a full screen image of the Virus Total report please?
  6. Run a Database update.
  7. Shutdown the machine using Shutdown, not Restart, power on, login.
  8. Run a Full scan.

Please post back?

Thank you🙏

  1. How can I contact them can u tell me?

Hello @Pratham Jaiswal

  1. Unfortunately no, try Google search.

NOTE: If most antivirus programs say there’s a problem, the file is probably malicious.

If only a few antivirus programs have a problem with the file, it may well be a false positive — this doesn’t guarantee the file is actually safe, it’s just a piece of evidence to consider.

Thank you🙏

Hi @Pratham Jaiswal ,

Judging from the file details at Kaspersky Threat Intelligence Portal: first seen in October 2019, the number of hits ~1.000.000, it confirms the theory of a false alarm on the side of those two vendors at VirusTotal. If you are still in doubt and would like Kaspersky to double-check, you can press the button “Submit to reanalyze”:
