    You may first try this suggestion from @Igor Kurzin for your current Kaspersky Internet Security version 21.3
    If no fix your next option is Kaspersky Standard :
    → https://www.kaspersky.com/downloads/standard  (Global EN version - No regional restrictions)

    You can proceed with an on top install and Kaspersky Standard will import your current KIS license & your options, you will not loose your days left.

    Heeft u een poging ondernomen met :
    CCleaner ? CMD Command  als Admin → Del “C:\Users\username\folder\file" ? Onder Safe Mode  ? Indien een volledige Kaspersky scan geen kwaadaardig(e) object(en) detecteert dand is uw systeem clean.
    ⚠️Wegens privacy redenen worden er geen GSI Logs gedeeld op dit Forum

    The protection level against malware/exploit/etc ... is the same for all Kaspersky products,
    the available application functionalities are however different,  please see → Comparison of subscription plans

    Delete your TEMP files → https://support.kaspersky.com/common/windows/1161 Reboot Scan your "C" drive
