    Veuillez essayer ceci svp :

    1- Clôturer FF/TB
    2- Kaspersky  → Options → Paramêtres du réseau → Mozilla Firefox et Thunderbird
    3- Séléctionner → Utiliser la liste de certificats de Mozilla
    4- Sauvegarder les options
    5- Lancer FF/TB
    6- Clôturer FF/TB
    7- Séléctionner à nouveau → Utiliser la liste de certificats Windows
    8- Sauvegarder les options

    Vous pouvez dès maintenance télécharger Kaspersky Plus et procéder avec une installation par dessus KSC. Les liens de téléchargement sont disponibles ici:

    During the uninstall procedure please keep license information and settings. After checking download and reinstall Kasperksy.
    Also, before uninstall you could eventually simply exit Kasperksy and check your problem ?

    Switch full VPN connection ON
