Kaspersky keeps popping up a detection notification, Battleye.sys detected as UDS Rootkit

So I'm a gamer and I installed some files that I want to keep as they are helping me bypass some game restrictions, Kaspersky keeps popping up the detection notification and I can't seem to get rid of it at all. It will not go away if I click ignore, only thing I can do is task manager > end task and it will go away for 5 minutes and come back up and it is forced I can't minimize it or do anything I either turn off Kaspersky or delete it to get rid of it permanently.

 

is there any other solution for this ?

Hello @Sara-F, Welcome.

It is a detection by Kaspersky Cloud. As far as I know, you can not bypass it by exception.

The only thing you can do is upload the file to Kaspersky and start a reanalysis.
If it is a false positive, the detection will be removed from the data in a timely manner.

Also, patch (b) is quite old → released April 22, 2021, KIS is up to patch (g) → released October 18, 2021. 

It’s recommended to keep KIS updated to the latest patch.
