Disable ad blockers

Recommended Posts

There are a number of websites I go to that want me to disable my ad blocker.  I'm using Firefox 122.0.  Since I'm not using an ad blocker, it only stands to reason that my Kaspersky is creating this issue.  How do I turn this off?

@starmanjb Welcome

Please try to do this:
Spoiler
  1. Open the Kaspersky graphical interface
  2. Click on "Privacy" on the left-hand side of the window
  3. Scroll down and look for "AntiBanner"
  4. Click on the gear symbol (setting)
  5. Click on → Sites with allowed banners
  6. Click → Add
  7. Enter the address of the site you want to allow ads on
  8. Under Status check the box → Active
  9. Click → Ok
  10. Click → Ok again
  11. Refresh the page

You can also disable the Anti-banner module completely, instead of only allowing the specific website.

If possible, give feedback 👍

Hello @starmanjb

Also, quickest way:

fox-news_edit.thumb.gif.f2d16340cc1e3b97f9b78a2360e86d12.gif

  1. Page specific: Kaspersky Protection extension, Anti-banner -> Allow on this website, *reload page*, ad blocking gone.
  2. IF necessary Private browsing can also be manipulated via the Kaspersky Protection extension

👉Outcome - target specific pages whilst maintaining the functionality of Kaspersky's ad-blocking features *globally*.

Thank you🙏
