Hello, I have tell you the way to collect traces for this issue via PM. If you have other question, you can reply my PM. The way to collect for this issue: Open KL product main GUI. Select Support link at the lower left corner. Select Support Tool in the new opened Support window. Make sure the trace level is recommend and press Enable button. Please reproduce the issue. Put your laptop into hibernation mode an hour or more.If you think the time is almost up, please wake up the laptop to see if the product appears as expected failure. If the failure reproduce successfully, Please return Step 4 and Press Disable button to stop traces collection. Press Send report to technical support link In the new opened send report window, Please check operation system information and Collect and analyze Data, and then Press Save report button. Create a name for it, such as "traces" and save to DESKTOP. When the progress bar is finished and the program prompts you OK, please submit this file to technical support. Regards. -
Hello, First, You should use KL Remove Tool to uninstall all known KL product and reboot. After do this, reinstall the product. Second, If it couln't work. You also use KL Remove Tools to uninstall product and reboot, and then, run cmd.exe as Administrator privileges and execute the following command. sc delete klim6 If you encounter any error message, Please upload the error message screenshot to here. And then try to install my uploaded klim driver by manual to check if the KL product net filters driver cannot be installed because the system has too many filters installed. After do that, if system reply a error message just like this. Please give me a reply, I will give you other way to solve this problem.

Dear friend, 你说的有点道理,我修改下上面的说法: 按照如下步骤将 alipay.com 添加到 不在 安全支付 内打开尝试解决这个问题。出现这个问题是淘宝付款页面嵌入了一个 alipay.com 的 iframe。 主界面 --》安全支付 --》添加网址到安全支付 --》在右侧输入 alipay.com 后再下部选择 始终安全浏览器内运行 --》添加。 若以上步骤无法解决你这个问题的,建议您按照我在 2 楼的设定来尝试解决问题,或者请使用 手机淘宝 完成付款。 -

Hello, HideExec,it maybe means the detected file contain a type of "execute code or file hidden in a file" technolgy. The detected file is suspicious. You should delete this file. -

Hello, 你这个问题跟 node.js 完全没有关系,不是冲突问题,而只是一个 npm 包管理的问题。尝试禁用 扫描加密链接 选项后在看下。如果关闭这个选项后问题解决,请您恢复之前的设置,再请您检查 npm 默认镜像源的网络地址是什么,使用这个命令查明 npm config list ,举个例子,如果是 https://registry.npmjs.org/ ,那么请将以下地址掩码添加到卡巴斯基设置。 npmjs.org 卡巴斯基主程序界面 > 设置 > 附加(左侧) > 网络 > 管理排除 > 添加 > 输入弹窗信息中的 根域名,此例中输入 npmjs.org > 添加 > 关闭窗口 > 完成设置。 -
